Flipped off by the Assistant Manger!!!

Assistant Manager flipped my kids and I off after we brought room issues to her attention. Our room was not cleaned: it had tons of sticky red stains on the floors and surfaces. We were told the stains were there before we arrived and nothing could be done. No apologies or accommodations were given, and we were told to find another hotel if we wanted the same accommodations!

We stayed in this hotel in July 2022 (check in date July 19) and it’s now August 2. Our “security deposit” has not been refunded yet! I took pictures of the room at check out in case they try to pull a fast one! Don’t stay here they will steal your deposit!!

Stay away if you're a business traveler!!!

Manager failed to passion documentation for business trip regarding credit card authorization/tax-exempt documentation. Why this was not printed/passed along, I do not know. It was a complete fail on the part of the manager. Took nearly 30 minutes to check in and that was after several attempts to provide the documentation. Even after that, the front desk worker gave me the wrong room type, and I had to walk all the way back to front desk and wait in line to have the issue resolved. Requested an upgrade for all the trouble and was denied! In all, it took nearly 45 minutes to get settled in my DIRTY room. Floor bathroom needed swept, and there were stains on the floor. If I wasn't so exhausted I would have just left. Went to swim and the pool was disgustingly cloudy. Will NEVER stay here again and do NOT recommend for travel.

No Manager help for multi rooms reserved with points

I am a Platinum Elite IHG member and have always tried to stay at one of their properties when planning travel. I made two reservations using my IHG points to travel to a family wedding. This hotel was located about halfway. On the day of travel we had a family emergency and we were unable to stay at the hotel. No one at IHG or at this hotel was willing to do anything to help with this reservation. I lost all my points. I called IHG 4 times trying to talk to someone about my situation. I was hung up on twice after being transferred to One Rewards agent and the hotel management and customer care was not willing to do anything. My recommendation would be to find a different hotel and chain

First, kudos to a friendly, efficient, and professional cleaning staff. Each morning the staff checked if we needed anything replenished (in lieu of daily service), always polite and with a smile. Compared to staff I have encountered elsewhere over the past two to three years, this group readily tops my list and so I wanted to recognize it!! The hotel is quiet, clean, and the room is large with plenty of plug-ins and work space is convenient and ample. The beds, pillows, and linens are plush and comfortable.
