Elegí este hotel por conocer otros de la cadena, y descubrí al que posiblemente sea el mejor de todos. Nuevo, impecable, instalaciones excelentes, internet libre, desayuno completo...muy recomendado!!

Great hotel but not area not safe for our family

We come each year for a weekend trip with our family that includes three young children. The hotel is wonderful. Spacious rooms, great customer service, nice pool. However, the area has gotten too rough and we do not feel safe bringing our kids back to this hotel. It is the middle of the night as I write this review and we just watched a drug deal take place, and there were several homeless people screaming and fighting for over a half an hour. Our car is parked on the street since valet is so expensive and we are very worried it will get broken into and the front desk agreed that it is concerning to leave our car unattended. We’re sad that this location has become too unsafe for our family.

I usually stay at a Hampton Inn when traveling for business. They are usually well managed with decent amenities. This location is above and beyond! I recommend the King suites, I am in and out of my room and when in I want to be comfortable and these rooms are spacious. The staff, what can I say! Every single staff person I have had contact with have been fantastic. Friendly, very service oriented, making sure my needs are met. Location is great, heart of the Pearl District with numerous restaurants nearby. Gourmet grocery store across the street.

1 am totally surprised at all the positive reviews. I found the front counter staff to be totally clueless. I arrived at 1:45 PM and of course, lst time in years when a room was not available at any Hilton hotel for early check in. The first person I encountered for sure reminded me check in is 4:00, thanks I can read the sign. I camped out in the lobby until 4:10 within feet of the front counter. They knew I was waiting and when I realized they were not at all keeping track of what rooms were becoming available I started inquiring every 20 minutes and every time I asked about my room, I was asked, “ Remind me of your last name”. Maybe you should have written it down and checked in with housekeeping to see when a room may be available. I am a Diamond Member with Hilton, I travel a lot and I have become accustomed to being always taken care of professionally and in a timely manner. There are many other hotels that want and appreciate my business. This was my first stay at this hotel and I don't plan on staying at this site when lam in Portland ever. It is to bad as the parking valet team was very helpful, rooms very nice and the restaurant food and staff were very nice!

The front desk staff was super nice, they got me in my room before check in time. Everything I needed they accommodated, rooftop was really nice and the breakfast was delicious! Having coffee out all day was a super plus and I will definitely stay here next visit.
