Check if breakfast included
Many Ibis Styles give a free breakfast. This one does NOT on all rates despite a sign at reception saying free wifi and breakfast! They don't tell you at check in. Breakfast is fine if free but I don't think it's worth paying for: really bad coffee. I would have gone outside if I'd known. Otherwise the hotel is fine and like most places at present with the weak Real, good value. Oh, there's a very dangerous drain cover about 10m down Rua Garibaldi from the hotel. Be careful!
Basic but right
It is basic but very well located, it is clean and has all the basic amenities. Its very close to the bus station and the metro. The rooms although not that big they have a big bathroom and good size bed.
Cute Decorations
Although very pretty in the decorations this hotel lacks some basic stuff such as towels, toilet paper, bed and pillow quality. The price was a little bit high considering these aspects. Staff were not very friendly. Wifi was really bad and the breakfast could be a lot better considering the price they charge. This hotel localization is in a very unsafe part of the city, at night don't walk around.
Room type overbooking
Bad experience, they put my kids in a separately bedroom.My reservetion it was for one familly bedroom, because my kids are just tem and nine years old.They sad that it was a sistem problem, but I was pay and made a check-in on-line in advance
Good hotel
I like Ibis Brand. Comfortable. Clean. And medium value. It is near to great restaurant. Mall. And bar. Around the hotel it is little unlight, so. Take care around the place. The city has a fame the it is little danger.
