After reading some negative comments, I was a little worried. But it turned out for no reason. The room was clean, enough space for clothes, no problems with internet, friendly staff. Just one thing: as a spoiled westerner I had expected more choices at the meals.
Rooms were ok but terrible service

This hotel is connected to two other hotels and there is one reception for all. This makes the whole check-in process to be chaotic. The rooms and amenities overall were fine but the worst part about this hotel is the terrible customer service. The hotel employees were extremely rude and very unhelpful all the time. One of the days we had gone for breakfast at 9am, breakfast hours are supposed to end at 10am. At around 9:45 the employees were constantly looking at their watches, making snarky comments at guests whilst rolling their eyes at guests (trying to get them to leave...). At 10am on the dot they removed all the food from the buffet and started cleaning tables and taking away the guests food (including plates and mugs that were still full!!). This all ended at 10:10 when they decided to turn off all the lights, literally forcing us out! This was the most ridiculous situation I’ve ever come across at any hotel. The rudeness and service was appalling. Do not stay at this hotel unless you enjoy a terrible service.

After visiting Olympik hotel, I think service in Artemis olympik hotel will be and should be better, and it was. So comfortable, reception smiling, and very nice room, with all shower items. So happy, must visit, must go. And I will come back here absolutely yesssss)))
Comfortable and tidy!

I stayed at this hotel for three nights while I was attending a dance festival. It was very convenient as the festival was happening in the hotel just next door. The room was spacious, there was an awesome bath tub, free breakfast, and some shops (grocery stores, pharmacy) about 10 minutes away walking. The room was always made-up and extremely tidy! The only thing I was missing in the room was a kettle/coffee maker. You have to walk to the hotel next door to order a cup of coffee or tea.

We stayed there for 3 nights (December 25th-December 27th), travelling with an organized tourist group. Probably wouldn't have stayed on our own. Relatively on the outskirts of the city (10-15' walk from the metro and tram stop, though). The reception desk and dinner restaurant was on another building/ sister hotel nearby. The room spacious, the bathroom very big and clean but the main room, where we slept, could use some more vacuuming. The breakfast bouffet great, the dinner one average at best. Once again, with the exception of the reception staff, the personnel was just tolerating us and never smiled, when spoken to.If I travelled on my own, just with my husband, I might have chosen it; travelling on my own, with hubby + kids, I probably wouldn't.
