Cozy
Stayed at this hotel for approx. 4 nights. It is located in a quieter part of the city but near close to the major sites. The room was pretty spacious, clean and cozy with a free minibar which is stocked up on daily basis. The bathroom is clean as well and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.
Amazing location, great staff and a free minibar
We traveled to Prague for just a couple of days and chose to stay in the Kampa Garden hotel for one night,we wished we had stayed for at least 3 nights. It was perfect right from the start. We booked via the hotel´s own website. The price was great considering the location right at the steps of the Charles´Bridge and near so many attractions, pubs, bars, restaurants, shops an cafes.Firstly, many thanks to amazing Marina at the reception desk, she helped us out and saved us so much precious time and for her warm welcome on arrival. She noticed that we had booked the stay through their own website and disappeared for a while, then we found a small bottle of welcome sparkling wine and some chocolates in the room waiting for us :) Thank you once again for this small but appreciated touch,we drank it later at night sitting on our balcony whilst listening to some live music playing from an Italian restaurant opposite the hotel and watching the river Certovka beneath our balcony gently flowing. We had the only room in the hotel that has its own large balcony overlooking some gardens and small river. It was very quiet there both at night and in the morning, too yet still in the middle of everything and walking distance to all the important Prague´must see places.Thirdly, the minibar that was included in the price had all we needed, some sparkling water, cans of beer, nuts and some sweet bars. Also, the breakfast was brilliant as it included everything we liked, the choice was great and the staff kept refilling everything that was almost gone. There were pancakes, yoghurt, cereals, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon,a variety of breads, rolls, pastries, jams, fresh fruit and veg, cold meats and cheeses..then of course a variety of tea bags,a coffee machine, orange or apple juice and even apart from cow´s milk there was soy milk, too. The room was clean and smelled fresh and nice as did the bathroom. We were happy there and will most definitely return.
Perfect stay in Prag
Very good location close to the main area in Parg. Nice rooms well equiped and very clean. Breakfasten was well presented. If you come with a car Parking can be an issue, but the friendly and helpfull staff assisted.
Excellent location, moderate price
Location is really excellent - just 2 minutes from Karluv bridge and so on. Close to Prazsky castle, innumerable cafe, sightseeing spots everywhere in the close vicinity. Staff is friendly, breakfast tasty and of enough choice of food. Wifi is excellent. Laptop-size safety-box. Bed is comfortable and of enough size. Disadvantages - VERY tiny desk, so it's just almost impossible to place a laptop on it. That's a problem.
Wonderful getaway for birthdays!
Kampa Garden is a great small hotel with perfect quiet location, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious breakfasts and extremely helpful and friendly staff! There is also a number of really generous offers, like free airport transfer, free minibar (richly and thoughtfully loaded and reloaded) and - of course - surprising birthday greetings with a present from Team Kampa! Thank you all for making us feel like dear welcome guests, not simply tourists! BR, Irina&Irina
