First time and last time
They charged extra than shown on their website and other platform with excuse of taxes. We forgot our pickup our iphone cable and had a flight to mexico. we phoned and they said you also forgot your scarf. We said please keep until after holiday. When we returned after Christmas, they said we kept it here on table but its gone! We dont know where they are... thats it! They gave me a fake iphone cable instead and no scarf!!! Poor service, 100% Chinese
Amazing value-for money. 100% Satisfied and will recommend.
Stayed 4 nights in a Deluxe room. The staff is competent and friendly. The room was perfectly clean. Breakfast is absolutely decadent. The spa is rather small but is conveniently opened all day and free for non-suite guests from 15:00 to 17:00. Will stay again !
Very good
One of the best accommodation in Prague: everything was perfect. The room even if the standard was very comfortable and silent... Excellent breakfast. location is very near to the centre of town and it’s easy to go everywhere
Beautiful Hotel
We moved to The Kings Court Hotel after 6 nights in The Hilton Prague . The Hilton was adequate just ! The Kings Court was outstanding we choose to cancel our 5 nights in The Old Town Hilton in favour of The Kings Court . The reception staff worked out a great offer including a king Suite with executive room access which was actually open unlike The Hilton’s executive lounges are mostly Closed due to covid . We had reserved executive suites at The Hilton old town we saved £450.00 at The K C and we thought the hotel had a far more luxurious feel than The Hilton Old Town which when we visited to check it out there was no one at all in reception at all eventually a young lady appeared and told us the executive lounge was closed due to covid ! The Hilton are only cleaning rooms upon request which is less than ideal . Long queues to request a room clean !! By contrast the Kings Court’s rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day . The reception were helpful and efficient and Daniel was exceptionally friendly & efficient . The rooms were comfortable the beds were top notch. The bath was big with jets . The breakfast was a rich buffet with fresh orange juice . The spa was relaxing with a small pool and jacuzzi & sauna . Thanks for the excellent service Daniel and all the staff at The Kings Court !
Good value
Hotel Kings Court is not the most luxurious of hotels, more 4* than 5*, but it is perfectly acceptable and good value. The location is great, right next to shopping malls and plenty of restaurants/bars. Also a short walk to Charles Bridge. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a decent bathroom. Free bottles of water and Nespresso machine. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of hot and cold food. Would recommend Kings Court to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Prague.
