This place has no place in the hospitality business. Dirty rooms, stained sheets and a promise by front desk staff to lower the rate of stay(not). Joe Pesci once said “never go through the drive in”, that’s the service you get with promises. If your looking for a place to stay for the night, try sleeping under the under pass....probably cleaner, quieter and safer.......Not here!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service

Rude employees, dirty room. No help with any issues. Non smoking room but smelled like cigarettes. Asked to speak with manager but was told they did not have one. If I could give no star or a half I would. These guys are the WORST!

Very nice rooms. Newly remodeled and nice, comfy beds. Clean restrooms. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff and help. Made our stay very pleasant. Broke down on highway headed to Florida. Easy to get to from interstate 65

Pleasantly surprised

We recently acquired a rescue dog and needed a motel that would take pets. Econolodge did! What a pleasant surprise! The room was large, spotless and nicely appointed. Much nicer than I expected. Great location and close to many restaurants.

The room was spacious and clean. We checked in at a late hour and the front desk was very helpful. It looked as though remodeling was going on for the guest rooms. The breakfast are was newly remodeled and very high class; all in whites and grays wtih VERY modern lighting. They were waiting for all of the breakfast equipment to be installed, but we had toast and cereal which was ok. Also, the front desk person on call made sure that the coffee was fresh!
