Good curb appeal, clean parking lot. Welcomed by front desk, helpful advice on rooms. Room clean and comfortable. Grab bar in shower so helpful. Hotel has been remodeled and is being kept up. Breakfast was busy and staff worked to clean and restock. Will continue to return this Hampton.

I have stayed at this location this year 4 times for about 12 days collectively. This Hampton Inn is consistently clean and provides a good breakfast every morning. My crew has stayed with me as many days and lives this location! So many restaurants and stores to provide anything we needed or forgot!🤦🏻♂️😁

This is a new hotel in a good location. Our room was clean, and we slept well. The hotel was quiet even though it was full because of a Virginia Tech game. The price was elevated (almost $200) because of the game. We don't typically pay that much for a room, but all of the area hotels were full. Breakfast options included bagels, yogurt, bananas, oranges, and cereal (no hot items).
Clean hotel and friendly staff

The hotel is conveniently right off the interstate with a restaurant next door. The staff is friendly, the rooms were clean. We felt comfortable given the COVID situation. We haven't stayed here for a couple of years, and we noticed the hotel was updated since our last stay, a big plus. Breakfast was just okay. We were on an upper floor in a king study with a chaise lounge. The room was comfortable and quiet.
A fair night's stay.

Maggie rendered a cheerful greeting for us and while checking us in recommended and switched us to a better room for our comfort. While the room was basically clean, the drink cups (except for the one in the coffee maker) were not wrapped and sealed, The complimentary Internet speed was very slow. There was only one chair in the room and when seated at the deck it was directly in path of the HVAC blowing directly onto you. The slant of the bathrooms door allowed the bright night light to shine into the eyes of the person in the bed against the outside wall. When checking in we were given a sheet containing hotel information. One notice was that showing your room key at two of the local restaurants yielded you a discount on your meal. Our breakfast was satisfying and equipped us to continue our travel.
