Terrible do not go here💩💩💩
This was by far the worst pigsty I have ever been in. We booked this hotel for 1 week but left after just 2 nights, would have left after 1 night but could not find a new hotel until Monday. Filthy rooms, I stuck to the carpet, hasn't been vacuumed in forever, crud in the corners, ants in the room and halls. Garbage outside the door for the 2 days we were there.Yelling and fighting in room across the hall slamming doors all night, smoking pot in a non smoking hotel, also someone was outside in their car BLASTING rap crap right outside our window at 2 in the morning. Had to plead with staff to get fresh towels, had to empty our garbage ourselves.

False Deceptive Advertising! No Housekeeping, No Mask Worn According To Mandates. 3 Day Stay Is Staying Far Too Long! No Face Towels, No Cleaning Until Checkout! Bugs In Pillows No Good. Go Elsewhere.

Great clean safe hotel! Customer service is amazing. Especially Mike at the front desk. Efficient knowledgeable friendly caring kind polite and really made my stay home away from home. Standard hotel
Nothing stands out about this hotel although the front desk clerk was extremely helpful. The room was basic and clean except for the bath tub needed more of an effort. The location was not the best for the park sleep fly option because of the distance and the limited hours of the van. It needs to start earlier and come back one hour later.
Great Service
Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Chicago North Shore Wheeling Great Service 775416299 The absolute best thing about this hotel is their great customer service. That service is driven by the General Manager. I had a tremendous burden to deal with and contacted the manager to see what help she might be able to provide. Without hesitation she reviewed the situation and offered me a couple of suggestions. With her help, I was able to make it through a very rough time for my family. Thank you so much to the General Manager. Ramada Plaza and Lakhani Hospitality are blessed to have an employee who goes above and beyond for their customers.
