Great location, charming well priced hotel.
Friendly little hotel, in the charming and vibrant marina of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. Owner is very helpful and welcoming. Very well located for local beaches, 10 /15m walk or very short Uber. Lots of restaurants and bars within 5 mins by the Marina , where you can eat outside overlooking the Marina.
Great value, great view, great hosts....we didn't mind a little dated.
We were just here October 7-11, 2017. Weather was great, got one of the large rooms with a view. Restaurants on port within walking distance. Cap Ferrat walk most beautiful we've ever taken. If you want to avoid the hubbub of Paris and Nice, this is the place for you. If you are a club person, maybe not for you.
Rude
We made a booking here and when we arrived the woman on reception told us we had not made a booking even though we had double checked over the phone. So, she then told us we had to pay extra as the only room available was more expensive. Sounds like a bit of a scam!! We will never return or recommend this place to anyone.
Needs some TLC
Prime location, near the port which makes it a bargain in Cap Ferrat. The owner (?) is charming and helpful, he made us feel very welcome and relaxed. However, there is no denying the hotel is dated and basic. The room was comfortable but small and conversations from the rooms either side were quite audible. Clearly some money needs to be spent e.g. Rotting door, rusty fittings. The corridor is filled with bric-a-brac which made me think car boot sale/hoarder next door! Breakfast was the usual French offer - bread, croissants, jam - served in reception. If you want to spend a night in Cap Ferrat at a reasonable price then it's fine.
Perfect Bolthole
Idea spot for a short break. The family run Hotel's location is unbeatable in the centre of the village. Spacious, basic enough accommodation but spotless and a perfect breakfast. Would highly recommend it!
