Nicely and conveniently located quiet place

A great hidden gem. Spacious and newly-built clean modern rooms (condo style). Ours had two bathrooms and a larger terrasse: an unexpected plus. Great friendly staff always happy and ready to help. A big thank you to Samantha and Brenda for their references (car rental, tours, activities, etc). The pool is nice and refreshing. A short 2 minutes walk to the beach where chairs and umbrellas await us are great after using the bikes or for the whole day at the beach. The bikes are really a little convenient bonus to move around close by faster and cheaper than taxis. The beach section they set their umbrellas and chairs on is quiet and not too crowded. Not too far from a few restaurants like Bay Bistro and Mr Grouper ( where the island fish festival happens on thursdays). And close by to the saltmills aera by walk, bike or taxi. Amazing Stay at The Tides

This was my wife’s and my third trip to Provo and the first staying at a hotel. The Tides did not disappoint. The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are spacious and very clean. We had a one bedroom unit on the third floor with both a pool and ocean view. The unit has every convenience including a full kitchen, two bathrooms and huge furnished balcony. The hotel has a great gym and also provides complementary mountain bikes to allow you to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. Beautiful Grace Bay beach is literally 150 steps ( I kid you not) from the hotel - which is amazing if you need to quickly access your fridge to replenish your libations. The Tides provides beach towels and has dedicated sun umbrellas chairs on the beach. All staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. Special kudos to Samantha in Reception who tended to all our requests and even arranged in-room massages. There is a great restaurant next door - Bay Bistro - which we frequented for lunch (shrimp tacos) and for dinner (coconut crusted grouper). We will definitely be returning to The Tides on our next trip.

Wonderful place to stay in a Turks and Caicos

This was our first time in Turks and Caicos and we are so glad that we stayed at the Tides!! Samantha in the reception was so pleasant, helpful and always checking if we needed anything. The guys that took our chairs and umbrellas to the beach every day were the best! The Spanish lady that cleaned our room was so sweet !! And Suzie that helped us book our trip was so pleasant and booked us the best room with a den on the third floor!! We will definitely go back to Tides on our next trip !! The location was perfect!! Thank you for the wonderful week!! If I was to suggest something to better this place it would be to have accessibility to a BBQ grill. It would make our home meals so much easier. Also it would be nice to keep extra kitchen necessities, such as oven tray and a big salad bowl… in storage for as need it… but we improvised. 😊

I stayed here at The Tides for a girls trip. From day one top quality service. Samantha was extremely helpful with booking our excursions and making sure we didn’t need anything in our rooms, which were beautiful by the way and SUPER CLEAN. Great location! The strip was super close(we biked and walked to town) and the beach was even closer. Definitely will be back.

Tides is a fantastic resort. Clean, well-appointed, and spectacularly located. The decor is fresh, light, modern and minimalistic with a Caribbean vibe. The staff is friendly and kind. Samantha has great connections for restaurants and excursions. She is so helpful. The cleaning staff is excellent as well. The resort is quiet and relaxing.
