Great Stay
Reviewed 30 august, 2022
We stayed five days. The staff was excellent. The room was nice although we did find mold in the bathroom and dirt in the corners and the elevator was out during the whole stay. The beds were a little uncomfortable ok and amenities were great.

Decent stay with a few issues
Reviewed 30 august, 2022
Guest should be aware that the elevator is out of order (in case anyone has mobility issues). We were on the 3rd floor so the young man at the front desk was kind enough to give us a hand with our luggage up to our room. The first room that we got was musty and moldy smelling so I went back to the front desk and they gave us another room that was much better. The fitness center (although small) was functional but had a water leak that was visible our entire stay so clearly that was not a priority to fix (pic attached). The breakfast options were not great for a Hampton Inn. We ended up just going out to pick something up. I will say that the first gentleman at check in was wonderful - very nice. However, on check out day, I went up to the front desk and there was one employee who was on the phone (clearly on hold) and after four minutes of just standing there, I asked him "can you confirm if check out is at 11 AM or noon?" instead of just answering, he rolled his eyes, and went and got one of the other 2 employees sitting close by (who couldn't be troubled to come to the desk when they saw someone standing there) to answer this one syllable question. Again, at check out we had to drag our luggage down three flights of stairs as the elevator was still not working. Just a reminder that hotels are in the service industry. Rolling your eyes at a guest really doesn't really scream good service.

Looks dirty, surprisingly clean
Reviewed 26 august, 2022
This hotel is tough to review. It was certainly in need of an update and it felt/looked like it would be dirty/gross but it was actually very clean. I didn’t want to walk barefoot on the carpet but the bottom of my socks were still white at the end of our stay. There was no dust anywhere. The bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. So other than its shabby appearance, it was pretty decent!

Complete Disapointment
Reviewed 16 august, 2022
We arrived after driving for 9 1/2 hours. As there was nobody at the front desk, we waited for 7 minutes and then knocked on the managers door. After another 2-3 minutes, a young man came out of that office mumbling. Nobody in this entire place ever acknowledged that we were diamond members or asked us if we needed any water. We were put in a room that was 94 degrees. After 9 1/2 hours of driving this was not the welcome we envisioned. This hotel is OLD throughout and would not recommend staying here which we will never do again. As we are lifetime platinum members with Marriott, we will stay at one of their properties in this city. Hilton completely disappointed us on this visit. We hope for better on the remainder of the trip.

Horrible Front Desk -Rude, smoking
Reviewed 27 july, 2022
The hotel itself was fine, but the front desk!@#$!! guy when we were checking out on Saturday 7/23 looked stoned! He was extremely cold with "Why are you bothering me" attitude at around 10:30am. He did not bother to say anything, not a word, even a thank you, which was rude.. My husband said that he smelled of smoking. By contrast, the front desk on the previous evening was very professional when we checked in the day before.
