The worst 2 nights of my life

Every once in a while, you don’t pay a great deal for a hotel and end up with a real gem. This was not one of those occasions. I paid extra for a deluxe room with a window which turned out to be at the front of the hotel. What a big mistake that was. The hotel is no more than 20m from a major highway and the LRT line. It was so noisy all night long that sleep was impossible. On top of that, there was a beeping noise coming from somewhere within the hotel that wasn’t fixed until just before I left. I could not wait to get out of there. A thoroughly unpleasant experience. Never again!

Reception could hardly manage English. The room I had booked was with a window but covered with a curtain over the bed, a peek out to an unsightly block of buildings. The room was as large as a cell and the width of the bed. After reading the reviews I checked the bed and realised hair on pillow and dirty sheets. Informed reception and room was changed. To a street view room but whole night was disturbed by vehicles and the mono rail. Then there was a power outage and there was no generator so had to bide my time in the dark and heat for about 15mns.Toilet was clean but leaking. If I had a choice I would not chose this again.

Never been a hotel with ichy bed and whole nite can't sleep. Bitten by bug.Tap and shower water yellow in colour and the end we have to use mineral water for brushing teeth. Will never come back again.

the room that i choose is for 3 person . so.. it was okay and suitable for mine . the destination is nearby my office , so easy for me and my friend . all the facilities ok . no problem at all. i like the bathroom . best

Good location as it near Giant, you can easily get cab near hotel. Convenient restaurants nearby just within 5mins walking distance. Many choices as well. Also within 10 mins to go to Subway Pyramid, Subang. About 20mins to go to MidValley CityMall. However, ground floor rooms very smelly 😖. Better ask for lvl 1 rooms with windows though its a bit pricey.
