Maria in the Perferred Lounge and Jaime from Cin Cin were by far the best of any service we’ve received! Great personalities!! Yamin from the entertainment staff was also a great guy! Wonderful time at Now Jade!! Best honeymoon location!

We went for 5 days and had an amazing time, even with rain and covid restrictions the entertainment team did amazing, they had super fun games and activities for us to do, all of the staff was super nice and fun. One of my favorite employees was Hiram, he played volleyball with us and ran some of the pool games, he was super nice and funny and made our trip that much better.

Our experience was wonderful. We loved our bartender FRANCISCO!!!! He made wonderful drinks and was very kind. Best bartender EVER!! The only thing I did not like about our trip was when we first got there to check in, everyone tries to get you to book a massage and wants you to book a seminar. I came to relax, not for you to try and sell me a time share. Stop doin that!!

Pros: This was for our 40th anniversary. We really had a good time for the most part. We booked the preferred which was worth it. Rooms were great and having the Jacuzzi was wonderful. The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and the food was good. Definitely go to the restaurants at night. Loved the Cin Cin, Spice and Tamarindo. Ambiance was excellent. Loved Coco cafe! Cons: About 120 high school kids and parents. Loads of drinking and doing shots. Not sure who was more obnoxious...parents or kids Since it was for our 40th, my sister (we were celebrating together) called ahead of time for arrangements. We were asked several times if we got our 'amenities'. We had even asked if we could have a cake when we had our dinner on the beach but was assured that something wonderful would be provided. Two days later we got a bottle of champagne....that was it, no cake or banner on our door. Later we spoke to someone that was celebrating their anniversary and she listed all the stuff she was getting. Not sure why we didn't get the same treatment. DO NOT go to the 'Membership' meeting. We were told tops it would be 40 minutes. Two and half hours later it was over and we could tell the lady was not happy that we didn't purchase the membership. Also, if you get the spa, make sure you ask for specifics when they tell you prices. We were told $10 for the both of us for added essential oils to the massage. It was actually $15 per person. Both my husband and I specifically heard $10 for both. Unfortunately I didn't have my reading glasses on to see the charge and later realized the mistake. If this resort is going to become a Dreams resort then they really need to up their game!

I was with my family at Now Jade the past week, and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! To be honest they don’t have the best beach but you don’t even think about it when the entertainment team keep you busy with their activities like pool volleyball, zumba, aquaerobics and a lot more. Amara, Saúl and Leo was the best, thank you guys for your hard work. And also there is a teens club with video games and other activities for teenagers like foosball table, ping pong table and the air hockey table. For the little ones there is a kids club where my 7 and 10 years old was ALL THE TIME, Eli, Paty and Anna made an incredible job with them, they never wanted to leave we loved it. Restaurants are delicious, my favorite was the Italian and mi husband loved the Tepanyaki. Service in this resort is over the top, all the workers are smiling at all time. Edgar at breakfast was always gentle. I would recommend this resort 100% we will definitely come back.
