This place is PARADISE
I had the most amazing experience at the Fiesta American in Puerto Vallarta. The staff was very friendly and helped with everything we needed. They made it so easy to enjoy every moment of our stay.The pool and beach area are so relaxing.We spent most of our time relaxing in the beach area and walking down to the ocean to cool off. I was able to do some water aerobics at the pool and we also listened to live music a few of the nights. The cleanliness of the hotel was awesome and the COVID testing was very simple. !0/10 recommend coming to this resort.

Another amazing trip to Fiesta Americana, Puerto Vallarta! The beautiful grounds, excellent food, wonderful staff including but not limited to, Gume at breakfast, Rafael at pool service and David at the Italian restaurant. Every year we have had amazing service and of course, the incredible views of the ocean from our room. We will be back next year!
Worth Every Penny
The staff was more than accommodating. The pool and activities directors, Maggie and Marta, went above and beyond to welcome any and all into their activities. They did such a great job engaging guests of ALL ages and languages, whether pool activities, bracelet making, during dinners, or additional parties. They made sure each guest felt welcomed while maintaining health regulations. I regularly saw items being cleaned, and the rules were enforced while still creating a welcoming environment. The hotel is relaxing and well kept. It is a bit older hotel, but they are constantly updating and were doing some repairs/remodeling constantly which allows them to compete well with other hotels. The price was fantastic BUT the food was AMAZING. We tried every desert on the menus, and the variety of restaurants. Service in the resort (waiters, staff, housekeeping, cooks, ALL employees) were specatular! The only suggestion I have would be changes to the menu at the Asian restuarant, and churros on room service.
Great Value for the Price
My wife and I went to PVR in Feb 2021 for a quick getaway from the cold and it did not disappoint. There’s positives and negatives for every resort but for less than $200 per night this was pretty great. Rooms were clean and quiet and it seems every one of them has a spectacular view of the ocean and pool area. We never got an orientation or map or really had any idea what we were doing until the second day. The servers by the pool and in the lobby bar were great. Special shout out to Ricardo with the drinks and Elena in housekeeping for keeping our room nice and tidy and well stocked. The food was above average, my only complaint is the Mexican restaurant wasn’t that great, which is odd. The Italian and breakfast buffet were both awesome. The spa was out of this world. Very nice and the massage my wife and I got was perfect luxury. Finally they coordinated a free covid test for us to get home two days before we departed and the results were ready on time. Uncomfortable but easy. I would definitely come back. The complaints were minor compared to the positive (including the price).
Amazing Experience
From our first day walking on site, we had an amazing and excellent experience. The grounds were meticulously maintained, the pool was warm and clean, food was delicious and diverse. From breakfast to dinner we loved the food. The service was even better. El Mexicano was our favorite based on food and service. Misael, Eduardo, Luis, Armando, and Karla. David was also amazing at the Italian restaurant. Sitting by the pool we had great service by Andreas, Yonni, and Jessica. So attentive and helpful with our children. Rooms were great and well taken care of by the house cleaning staff. We can't wait to return and enjoy a drink by the beach and pool.
