This was our 2nd visit and it was just as amazing as our first trip in 2021! Checkin was smooth, we were extremely happy to get a corner suite in the north tower - phenomenal view. We didn’t want nor need a concierge and as we requested, we’re very happy to get Carlos Ramos again as our butler! Just call him the everywhere man - he’s constantly tending to everyone’s needs, including ours - he’s truly an asset to the hotel! The rooftop pool floor is where we liked to spend our days - service remains excellent as does the food. Breakfast is always excellent, my fav being the huevos rancheros. We tried Dao this time and it was clearly a cut above, absolutely delicious and we loved the staff too! This was the second time we ate at BocaDos and it’s clearly our least favorite- won’t dine there again. Shout out to the happy trolley guy too! We’ll return later this year!

Had a wonderful time at Hotel Mousai. Stayed in South Tower and we were upgraded to a higher floor with wonderful views. Every employee did their absolute best to ensure our wonderful stay. Special shoutouts to Celeste, our housekeeper, who was the best; Hostess Claudia Molina at Terrace; Luis Gabriel Verduzco Mendoza, our waiter at Terrace, Eliu, and our delightful and professional concierge, Steven.

Needs Better Management

First, I'm fairly certain the drinks are watered down, this was crazy disappointing since it's supposed to be all inclusive. This same hotel also sells time shares, we finally relented to a timeshare presentation they said would only be 15-20 minutes but took an hour, it was very unpleasant. They promised us a $384 refund for our activities if we attended and only refunded $324. We were told COVID testing was included, but they charged us $60. We had two vouchers one for 3 days one for 1 day that we combined so on the third day our keys stopped working and everyone kept telling us we had to pay for food because our all inclusive was over even though it wasn't. The food was good, but could have been better. Surprisingly the best place to eat was the Chinese restaurant. The steakhouse was a let down, breakfast there was really good, but dinner was really mediocre, the steaks weren't great and oddly enough the best thing we ate there was the raw tuna appetizer. We left a computer charger in the hotel amd were not notified, I've stayed at a Motel 6 and they contacted me to arrange returning an item. Worst of all, they sent a survey which I responded to voicing my complaints and I never heard back, really disappointed nobody tried to make things right at what's supposed to be a "4 diamond resort". Also the water isn't clear here so snorkeling isn't a good option at least while we were there. The rooftop infinity pool is nice, but the sandy beach area is small and underwhelming.

We very much enjoyed our visit, the hotel was beautiful, but the best part was the people. Everyone provided great service, especially Luis Gabriel Verduzco. He was attententive, kind, and very helpful. I enjoyed speaking with him & getting to learn a bit more about PV. We would definitely visit again!

By far one of the most beautiful, welcoming and relaxing resorts my husband and I have stayed at. The service exceeds a 10 rating. All of the staff greet you as you walk by them with a big smile. At the pool our waiter Mateo remembered our drink choices from the day prior and continuously checked in on us to ensure we didn’t need anything. The waiters at the restaurants provided excellent customer service making our evening that much more pleasant. Japanese: Alejandro Breakfast: Eduardo Chinese: Angel, Ivan Our room was gorgeous and so relaxing. Housekeeping Monserrat kept it nicely clean at all hours. Sometimes you stay at high end resort pay a high amount and get crappy service that is not the case at this resort!! This hotel exceeded all of our expectations.
