Excellent Home away from Home in Puerto Vallarta
This awesome place is located in a gay neighborhood within the Zona Romantica area of Puerto Vallarta, to the South of downtown. This place is 10 minutes walk from downtown, and 4 blocks away from the beautiful beach. Lots of nice restaurants around the area, and taxis and food-stalls are within easy reach of this place. The staff are very polite and helpful, and because of the timing of my visit, they even offered me a complimentary welcome drink bottle. It is very affordable and the rooms are very clean and well-designed. The only problem is that hot water is NOT available, but the afternoons are warm anyway so cold showers feel good :) I STRONGLY recommend this place to anybody in the Puerto Vallarta area that is looking for a home away from home, be it for business or leisure, solo or with company, in the summer or the winter.
Great Hotel
I’ve always had a great experience at this hotel over the years. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing. From check in to check out the staff makes sure you’re enjoying your stay. If anything arises, they are very quick to make it right. When I checked in last time I requested 2 extra pillows and they were there before I could even get up the stairs to my room. I’m always impressed at how well this hotel is run.

Reservations were very easy by phone and a follow up by e mail. Safety deposit boxes are available at the check in desk. Rooms have air conditioners if required. No elevator, so be prepared to take the stairs. There is a small pool. It’s very refreshing. I have stayed there many times.

We always stay here, twice a year it's authentic Mexican, clean and staff is friendly and helpful. We have been staying here for the last five years. It's close to everything and attached to Tucan Freddy's and fantastic restaurant.
Comfortable and Perfect Location
Stayed here for a quick get away. While the rooms are basic the place has great charm and it was very comfortable. The location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything but the hotel is quiet at night. I will stay here again.
