Booked for breakfast... everything was good, wide range of food options.. Will recommend to try it their breakfast menu… :).. And Mr. Nirmal, Ms. sanskrti and Mr Subam helped us and was very friendly…

Stayed for almost 1.5 month for a corporate stint, Had a smooth stay really supportive and caring staff . Some special mentions to appreciate the service by Mayur , Raj and purnima . They were always at disposal and gave excellent service consistently for our team throughout the whole period.

I had booked a grand suite and to my horror, I found that the bedsheet was a pre-used one as it had hairs on it. They also did not have any fresh linen and took lot of yelling etc. to get one. The furniture is dirty and full of scratches and sofas have visible marks of excessive usage. The bathroom does not have even a soap and shampoo holder so I had to keep my toiletries on the shower floor. Despite telling them on the first day itself they did not change anything - so that speaks about their customer service. The buffet meal is very limited in choice and hence not worth it. Would never visit again

Had company office meet, Very good hotel staff and service. Food quality was also Gooooood. Hotel is clean and fresh. Beautiful clean and hygiene maintain properly!! Hotel GM Mr.Shetty and Mahendra sir very helpful!! Housekeeping and Entire hotel team is really good thanks to took great care of us regarding food Thanks to entire team!!
