A spectacular trip!
We upgraded to a swim up pool and enjoyed the quietness away from the rest of the resort area. We realize COVID has lessened the crowds and know that the lack of crowds was to our advantage, but the quietness of the swim-up rooms was very nice. When we wanted to gather around the crowds we would go to the beach. The week and ocean were beautiful and complimented by a friendly and attentive staff.
Very nice getaway
We were very pleased with our experience with TRS Turquesa. I wasn't sure what to expect since we traveled during the covid pandemic. However, the hotel and all of the staff were amazing and made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. They went above and beyond in every aspect from cleaning to entertainment and making sure all of our needs were met. The food was amazing too. The highlight of our stay was interacting with our activities director Eddy. He was so funny and energetic! I can't recommend this place highly enough.
Another awesome trip to TRS
We just cannot say enough about this place. from the bartenders - Donni, Nathaniel and the girl at the pool bar. Deloras the pool bar waitress. Butlers - Patricia, Lohen, Doniel, the porters Tomas and all of them. I am sorry, cannot remember all their names. The girls at Helio's each morning - we love you guys. Just a super trip. They are all so amazing. Cannot wait to go back.

Solo travel at TRS
This was a fantastic stay at the TRS. I was traveling solo. Everyone went out of the way to make me feel welcomed and safe. I enjoyed the service, food, drinks and of course the beach views. I was able to take the Covid test on location. It was nice to eat lunch on the beach. The fresh grilled fish was amazing! Thank you!
