More about the hotel
Idyllic retreat, perfect place to experience Punta del Diablo!
Loved our stay here. The cabins are in a brilliant location, slightly up and out of the way on a hill so lots of privacy as well as a beautiful view of Punta del Diablo/the sea. Great kitchen facilities, cosy cabins, good sound system for playing music, sunrise/sunset view from the bed! We loved the outdoor deck where we had breakfast (& a sea view) every morning. The bathroom shower is lovely and hot - something that does make a difference - and wifi was good, too. Our middle cabin was the ideal space for two, very homely and comfy. We contacted Sara & Leo quite last minute and they responded straight away to tell us we could stay, then Sara collected us from the bus station, which was much appreciated. I didn't meet Leo, but Sara is a lovely host; warm, friendly, relaxed, helpful. She gave us a late check out because there were no other guests checking in that day, which made the overall experience even more relaxed/comfortable. I fell in love with Punta del Diablo during my time here and I'm pretty sure the stay at the cabins helped with that. I'd really recommend Sara & Leo's "Las Bossas." Enjoy!
Cosy and Quaint
Stumbled upon Sara and her cabins. Ended up spending a truly enjoyable 5 days in a perfect cabana. Sara is a fantastic host and goes out of her way to make your stay special. Cabin was well fitted out, clean and tidy, functional and with a great outlook. We were there in the post-summer rush and it was a real pleasure to be there. Highly recommended to anyone seeking value for money accommodation.
Perfect stay by the seaside
We stayed in 'Samba' cabin for three nights and really enjoyed our time there. The cabin has amazing views of the sea and the little town. We saw incredible sunrises without having to move from our bed each morning - amazing. We went in autumn so the town was almost deserted but that meant we almost had the beaches to ourselves. Plus the weather was fantastic. As another reviewer has said, Sara, the owner, met us from our bus and gave us a tour of the town before dropping us off at the apartment. Sara was so welcoming and friendly during our time there, and also introduced us to 'mate', the ubiquitous South American drink. She also helped us organise our onward bus tickets, speaking in Spanish on the phone to bus companies and even driving us to the terminal to buy our tickets - we'll be forever grateful! All in all, the beach cabins are beautiful and a perfect place to relax - we only wish we'd stayed longer!
Fantastic cabins - great stay
We stayed four nights and absolutely loved it! We had the two floor cabin and it was perfect - fantastic views of the sea and everything we needed. The owners were lovely, Sara waited for our delayed bus and gave us a lift to the cabin with a little tour of the town, and when we had bad weather she popped around with board games and cards, very kind! Highly recommend.
Beautiful beach cabins- Great hosts
I recently visited Las Bossas in Punta Del Diablo and already want to return to this tranquil beach side paradise. Everything from my check-in to my departure ran smoothly with Sara & Leo making us feel welcome and giving us great tips about the area. The cabins themselves were really comfortable to stay in, equipped with everything you need, and were decorated well to suit the environment. Don't hesitate to book at Las Bossas, once you arrive and are hanging out on the hammock on the terrace, you'll never want to leave.
