Stayed for two nights, the hostel is a 5 minute walk from the bus station and the two main beaches, and about 10 minutes walk to the main strip of shops. The breakfast was pretty minimal but the kitchen was ok. Unfortunately we had our food stolen on the last day which was pretty disappointing. Room was clean, air con was ok, all in all a good stay.

The staff is very friendly and the hostel is good located, walking distance to everything specially the hand and the Cassino. Breakfast was very simple, some bread, cereals and a very nice dulce de leche. Simple, but good.
Visit the bar, nice location, but can't recommend staying here

On the positive side, the people were very friendly and the bar food was home-made and well priced. Except for the room, I found the atmosphere relaxed and the location to be good. The room on the other hand was not enjoyable. I will leave it at that. I stayed in room #13, but perhaps the others are better.
Worth it, but has its problems

The recepcionist had a terrible bad mood. Once they have a bar, they don't allow you to bring alcohol from outside, what is understandable. On the other hand, they were selling craft beers only, wich are expensive. We had to drink outside in a horrible cold. But the hostel is well located and the breakfast is ok.
A slightly odd but pretty acceptable hostel

The few guests seemed to be visiting workers rather than backpackers, but the place wasn't bad. I really appreciated the computers for guests to use as I had a text that I needed to work on whilst I was there, which is indeed why I moved there from another hostel. When I went to bed the hostel cat was there on my pillow so I curled up on just the mattress: some people might mind that but it was a plus for me!
