The hotel is good for being only 3 stars, the beds are really comfy.The breakfast is okej. It's bread, eggs and yoghurt and there's cheese,jam and different types of ham too.. No scrabbled eggs or fried bacon..BUT.. and it's a big but, the staff are not serviceminded at all if you speak english.. They dont speak back to you on english, but always answer you on german.. They dont even TRY.. You can come a long way on handgestures and a smile but there's nothing. Really slow service too, how long does it take to tap a beer.. So to sum it up, if you dont speak german they dont like you.. Sorry Acron but you guys need to learn how to be serviceminded.. Joanna & Björn

this is a no-frills motel, reasonable rates, clean, good breakfast included; free parking on site. I would stay there again.. American travellers beware: there is no a/c and staff didn't speak much English and not that friendly.

It was hot and nowhere in this hotel is there air conditioning. Room was clean and very basic. Breakfast was slightly less than average. Location is not the greatest either. If you want basic, cheap place to stay, don’t mind waking distances and are not staying in the heat, this is your place.

For the price a reasonably good but not paticulary charming hotel close to center of Quedlinburg and 500 meters from the train station. The room was not big but in order and clean. The breakfast was not so extensive but otherwise ok. The staff were very friendly. Te hotel has a large car park free of charge.

The hotel has friendly staff, rooms are small but clean, the atmosphere is nice and unpretentious. All you need is present and the price is more than reasonable. Parking is free and the hotel is on 15 minutes walk from the centre.
