We stayed in a Lakeview 1 bedroom room. The room was huge big lounge and chairs to maximise the view. Bedroom luxurious and very well appointed. Staff in reception bar and restaurant helpful and professional as well as very friendly. Highly Recommend

Perfect stay

Perfect stay. Our room was on 6th floor, lakeside view suite, no balcony. Breathtaking view of lake, mountains, and wharf area. Location was perfect for short walk into town. Our suite was spacious and well appointed, with very comfortable bed and large bathroom with a deep tub and separate shower. The bathroom wall mounted lighted magnifying mirror was a very nice touch, and the supplied bathrobes much appreciated. Living area included sofa, easy chair, coffee table, dining table and chairs, TV and still had plenty of open floor space. Kitchenette provided dinner plates, coffee/tea mugs and saucers, cutlery, electric kettle and coffeemaker. Our stay included breakfast, which was delightful. In addition to self-serve beverages ( juice assortment, coffee, tea) the full breakfast included a pastry basket and ordering from the breakfast menu. The food was delicious and generously portioned. We were warmly welcomed by the desk and restaurant staff each day. The desk staff were always attentive and helpful. Highly recommend the St. Moritz!

had a great stay at the St Moritz - its a bit of walk up the hill but worth it for the lovely views over the lake. Lake view room had a fabulous view over the lake and the Remarkables. well appointed bathroom and the comfiest bed i've ever slept in!! breakfast was a la carte with lots of nice options and plenty for a GF person. Hot tub garden (2 tubs) a nice addition as well.

Stayed a week and from the moment we walked in the doors I knew we had booked the perfect hotel for our stay. Check in perfect and room 527 had a small balcony and amazing view of the lake. Even though cool was great to be able to open the doors for fresh air. We found out in the hotel currently that if you don’t get your room serviced you get a $10 voucher to put towards the restaurant which we took up on during our stay but did ask for fresh towels and replenish the coffee. Breakfast was really good as you chose something off the menu and it included juice, cereal and a coffee machine. Proper coffee you paid for but we used our voucher to pay for these. Room was spacious and do not let the hill deter you from staying as the hotel is in great position to town centre. Had a lovely stay in Queenstown and our son showed us places we may not have found. Check out the Japanese restaurant down a lane way it’s small but shared tapas style food was amazing. Remember to book when you can to ensure you get in Anyway hotel as said was lovely and would definitely stay here again with no hesitation

Wonderful week stay!

My partner and I stayed in a Lake View room with a balcony for 1 week with a special Accor deal and had a wonderful time. The rooms are very modern and comfortable (the bed was amazing). I definitely recommend getting a room with a Lake View or Lake View Balcony (the balcony room is exactly the same room as a Lake View, the only slight difference being there is a tiny balcony you can stand on for some fresh air + enjoy the views outside). The staff went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. The breakfast was fantastic & an extra bonus for Platinum Accor members is they offer free soft drinks every day. Its roughly a 5-10minute walk into town but there is a steep(ish) slope heading down & then back up towards the St Moritz. It's honestly not very bad at all, we are not fit and found it perfectly fine. Its so convenient being so close to Queenstown and definitely worth it!
