Great place to relax!
This is a great little resort! Very unique and comfortable rooms, right on the beach. The food and service were excellent. Very clean. We especially appreciated Jose Antonio who took very good care of us.
Exploring
What a lovely resort that has hard working staff who really make your vacation special. The rooms are large with a deck and hammock. Do note that you are not to throw anything in the toilet not even the toilet paper. There is a garbage can next to the toilet for all that waste which they empty regularly. In the evening there is disappointingly little space to gather and play games. We were not the only ones searching for a table were we could enjoy time with our friends and play games. Numerous people were hoping to enjoy an evening drink, music and play the games they brought.
Great Resort
The staff Edwin, Charly,Govana and Orlando at the Beach bar made you feel very welcomed. They were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We asked questions about the town and they gave us great recommendations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They are great and friendly staff you will feel very welcomed and have alot of fun too! The food at the beach bar was excellent! Can't wait to visit Holbox again and stay at this resort. Well worth the money you spend to have a great experience and a wonderful time.
The best hotel in Holbox
My boyfriend and I are what someone may call professional travelers = we vacation often, and we do our research! Simply put is the best hotel on the island, we plan to return at some point over the summer so we made a point of looking around at nearby accommodations. The grounds in this hotel are absolutely stunning, during the day when it is shining brightly with the warm sun, and during the night, when small hanging twinkle lights create the most romantic atmosphere ever. All the staff treated us with so much care and so much humility, we could not have been more pleased with the service. I cannot say more great things!!
Loved this hotel
Stayed for the week ending March 8th Took the all inclusive package and was not disappointed The grounds are immaculately maintained the rooms are beautifully done in wood and tile with great balconies overlooking the grounds. The staff are all great but I do have to give a shout out to the staff in the lobby They are the face of the hotel and they are extremely polite efficient and knowledgeable The food here is fantastic and they have theme nights for their dinners We tried the Italian Mexican and Oriental. All were fantastic. Breakfast was amazing with many healthy options. Couple of minor things one being the seaweed on the beach Unfortunately there had been a storm previous week so a significant amount had washed onto the beach Staff had cleared a path through it so getting to the Ocean was not a problem Secondly as other reviewers have said there are spiral staircases leading up to the top two floors in your unit So if you have mobility issues this could be an issue, although I am sure the lobby staff would sort any problem for you regarding the need for lower floors.
