the only thing is the location

the location is very good near the royal palace, but everything else is poor: the dining room is very small and crowded. the rooms are small and looks that renovation is needed. no kettle and materials in the room.

Good Location, Dated Rooms!

Reviewed 8 october, 2021

First, this hotel is in a good location with easy walking distance or short taxi rides to all the major sights in Rabat. The staff is friendly. The rooms definitely need upgrading. The carpet in my room was very worn and the desk chair had a big stain on it. The rooms were clean and the bedding was nice. For the money, this is a good hotel, but needs someTLC.

Great Location

We stayed twice at this hotel, and we had a good time in both. The location is great and close to everything. One bad thing I didn't like was that the staff took extra money claiming it was a city tax, and I know for fact it wasn't.

Reviewed 20 january, 2020

i'm a travel agent in morocco and i booked a couple twin rooms for our guest in this hotel . and they send me a confirmation email and everything . when we got to the hotel today the claimed there was no reservation available but when i went to booking.com there was multiple availability . they proceeded to tell me i was wrong . it was a such terrible experience for me and my guest and i would highly recommend not staying here !!

Nice place

Small well appointed rooms. As mentioned carpet needs replacing but food and service is very good. I would not hesitate to stay again. Here on a tour so did not get out much right in the area but did exchange money and a Sim card for my phone right outside.
