This hotel is very clean, friendly and easy to find. Staff were helpful. My room was very pleasant..bed was comfy. Great pillows! Breakfast outstanding. Checkin was a breeze…even digital checkin. There is a bar if you like that with a lounge area..

Clean hotel but very disappointed by the size of the room. We had 2 queen beds but no chair to sit in because the room was so small. Also be advised, you can hear the train come through at all ours, since the hotel is located close to the train tracks.

Easy access from the highway, the hotel is very clean, the room was clean and fresh, complementary breakfast was great with good number of items. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy access to good restaurants, grocery store and for sure a gas station.

Rude front desk worker

Went to check in on Friday evening and the girl working the front desk was quite rude. She wasn’t even at the desk when I walked in and then caught an attitude when asked a simple question. Disappointing, because I travel often for work and this hotel is convenient, but I’ll avoid this hotel in the future. The kind people at the Hilton Garden inn just a couple exits down I-40 are much more professional and it’s overall a nicer hotel.

Warm atmosphere, big parking, comfortable bed, what else do you need? Maybe they should fix that dis-functional elevator and work on larger more firm pillows. Overall, great stay and friendly stuff. Enjoyed it. Thank you
