Customer service
Customer Service was rude. I had to give my ID as collateral and room number to obtain an iron that morning. Further,I did not know my room number and was giving attitude after I had already went back to my room to get my ID to leave at front desk as collateral. I informed staff to use my ID to find my room number which she do not like.
No service
They say they have breakfast included even when you call them and make the reservation but they don’t have any, Plus you ask for late check out (1 hour later because the flight got a delay) they said they will charge you 50$ fee (equivalent almost the price of 1 more night)
Stay away
This hotel is located in a congested area right off the highway. The area isn't to nice, there is no breakfast in the morning due to covid. They do clean the front desk area and hotel lobby. Staff was ok, couldn't understand me when i was asking them questions. Hallways need to be fixed, carpets in the hallway need to be replaced. Room wasn't bad for as cheap as it was. This hotel there was a lot of noise at night when trying to sleep. Also gotten woken up ay 4am with someone knocking at my door which i didn't get up to check to see who it was. So, i am guessing random people just knock at your door? Horrible! Then I had asked for a late check out as it states on the website late check out is available. I was told by the women working at the front desk that there is no late check out, so i told her then you have to update your website to reflect that. I wouldn't advise to stay here unless its a quick overnight stay maybe. Wasn't happy with the area or the staff so I will not be staying here again.
nice clean property
clean and newly renovated property, all restaurant just walking distance, Will stay again. Very clean. Excellent property definitely will stay again friendly staff unbeatable rate. I highly recommend microtel hotels. Location very convenient to shopping restaurants and more. Loved it!
Stay away from this hotel
Stay away from this hotel . Rude service .I was poisoned at this hotel and spent my time from November 21 on complete bed rest recouperating. Upon check in the conversation was very innapropriate .I am a 63 year old Christian woman who came to North Carolina to visit with my grandson . Upon check in the woman was very rude and disrespectful and told me that I was too old for sex and she knows that I gave that up . That was the unsolicited conversation that came out of her mouth upon check in .
