Very efficient staff at the front desk. Explained all the parking and breakfast options. Room was very clean and mattress excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Convenient to get to and practicing good covid cleanliness. A good restaurant, the Lodge, serving American food is behind the hotel.

Great customer service from all of the staff! This is my second long term stay and during my time I had to be hospitalized. These folks took total care of me from offering the food delivery service to checking on my cat. They are absolutely the best team I have had and I have lived in hotels for my job for 6+ years!. The location is great also, right off of 50 so near lost of stores and restaurants.

My happier for the weekend. It wasn't very crowded so we didn't see many other guests. We did not use the facilities amenities. The facilities were clean however we had some problems with our air conditioning. We were probably moved across the hall to another room without any problems. There is no housekeeping service. The front desk works helpful in an issuing additional clean towels. We would stay here again.

It was clean compared to the other hotel we looked at. I was totally let down by the morning breakfast offerings. First, I get it COVID-19 rules and issues. That said, too many hotels are using it as a excuse to not be on there game. This one is a prime example. Why are the websites still showing the old breakfast offerings? It’s not like it takes weeks to amend it to the current stay offers. Now to the review. On checking in we were told maid only cleaned room 1 time a week. This was not a problem for us, as we were only staying here for 3 nights. We prefer to not have anyone in our room anyway but to some that may make a difference. We arrived into the room and noticed that the few extras that we were used too we not there like dish soap, paper towels, TP only half a roll and no extra roll. I can live with that. But the breakfast offerings really got to me. Here are a few pictures from this morning. I’ll let you be the judge. I for one will not return.

I stay in hotels over 300 nights year and this team is one of the best. Even amidst the COVID environment and remodelling they continued to provide an excellent level of customer service. The hotel is centrally located for services for the State os CA OES and other offices. There are nearby restaurants, a Target and CVS. Great location!
