GRAN HOTEL SIN DUDA ALGUNA
Hemos estado 15 noches en este FANTASTICO nuevo hotel en Rawai. Habitación con salón y vistas a la piscina. Ubicación, servicios, gym , piscinas, personal, bar, restaurante, limpieza , etc. etc. SOBRESALIENTE. Una pega si duermes con la ventana abierta , puedes toparte con clientes fiesteros. Volveríamos a este hotel sin dudarlo. Precios acorde a su calidad.
Great stay
Fantastic hotel. App to contact reception, could book classes, free shuttle to the beach and order food. Class instructor was fantastic. Great gym and pool facilities. Good range of food at breakfast and other dining options available throuout the day.
Le Spa
I visited Le spa to attend to indoor pool activities. During the entrance, the floor was slippery, that’s why I fall down. The customer service was next to me. I advised her to call housekeeping avoid further accidents. However one our passed, nobody came for action. Then I left spa, shared my complaint to resort receptionist as well. Yesterday I visited to hospital to get some medicine to heal toe. Let me clear something accident can be happened any time. But there are some regulations for hoteliers needs to follow up and fully consider clients satisfaction. Unfortunately this experience showed that this property is so far to reach those targets. STAY away
If you're a fan of super minimalistic rooms without working space and a cupboard, if you don't mind hearing people on the aisle the may be your style. Ìn our eyes it has no soul. it is super clean, but that's it.
Unique hotel experience!
Being quite limited in travel options these days, we were looking for a little getaway at Phuket, where we permanently live. We must say that we were highly surprised and delighted with almost every aspect of our stay at this beautiful property! New stylish digitally equipped rooms, super cozy bathroom, and kitchen design solutions. Pool access rooms are strongly recommended))) take a relaxing sunset swim straight from your beautiful room. Decent quality shower amenities! Can not forget this fascinating aroma! The gym itself worth a separate review! This is the best gym in Phuket! The newest equipment and motivating ambiance! We had a fabulous dining experience at Fresca restaurant. Jo and his team went above and beyond to make our dinner outstanding! Jo’s recommendations on food and wine were fantastic! Hats off to the chef for the best steak we've ever had! For take away options, they use paper boxes and bags! Very important topic nowadays! Thank you for this! For the first time we've visited onsen! I believe, this is the first onsen in Phuket! And 1 hour is for sure not enough! Thank you, Stay, for our unforgettable little getaway!
