Ibis Recife Aeroporto

We stayed one night at the Ibis, early flight the following day. Very warm welcome ,reception staff very helpful and provided us with a map and lots of tips for our day in Recife. Not a big room,but,very comfortable bed, very clean and well ventilated bathroom. The hotel is a short taxi ride away from the center. We didn’t have the time for breakfast, but, it looked very good. I totally recommend this airport hotel.

The staff, the room, the food, and the wonderful decoration all made my stay at Ibis an iconic one. It reminded me of a hostel (young, vibrant), but better! Surely wasn't expecting such a high quality service and accommodation. They even had goiaba (my favorite fruit) in the breakfast buffet (which is super uncommon)!! The playlist that plays in the lobby and restaurant is a solid 8/10 as well. Can't go wrong with Jack Johnson at a beach city, can you? Kinda wish I'd stayed more, but that's okay. Either way, will definitely recommend to friends/acquaintances/family. Would certainly stay again.

I found the staff at ibis Recife to be completely professional and reliable. I needed some clothes cleaned, but returned earlier than noted on the paperwork. They were there early and the cleaning was what I expected. It's right across from the hotel and with plenty of taxis available right out the door.

Clean, practical, next to Recife Airport ... My intention was a quick stop to catch a flight .... For passengers who need to rest on a long connection is a perfect stop or waiting to get on a late night flight ... Also, we can rent a car from the rental store next to the hotel too ..

We spent one night here at this hotel across several busy roads from the airport. The hotel provides a free one way taxi from airport to hotel which was nice. It is a 3 story property and we were in room 333. This room had a safe, small closet, fridge, desk, 1 place to put luggage, phone, and 2 charging ports in the room (1 more in the bathroom). There is free wifi and it worked just fine. The view we had was of other high rise buildings and a car park below. The room also had 4 small shelves, a flat screen TV and wall mounted mirror and one bed. The shower was a walk in type. On the down side there were no face towels, no wash cloths, no glasses, no safe place to run nearby, 1 small bar of soap, no shampoo, no conditioner and no tissues. There were two bath towels period. The restaurant is on the main floor and breakfast was good. Every so often a person at the front desk spoke English. The restaurant was also open for dinner and the food then was fine. There was a/c in the room. We decided to walk back to the airport during midday and except for having to dodge many cars crossing two major streets, it was ok. If you are concerned about saving money then this is a convenient hotel---just remember to bring a few things with you!
