Estuve de vacaciones en 2016 y realmente es muy recomendable. Desde la recepción hasta la camareras. Muy limpio, linda recepción, cuartos cómodos. Cerca de todo, 2 cuadras de la playa y a 2 de la plaza de comidas que hay en la noche.Si les gusta recorrer la ciudad en bus es ideal, paradas a 1 cuadra y la recepción colabora en todo.

EL PEOR HOTEL. Lugar a evitar !!!

Tuvimos que quedarnos en este hotel desastroso porque LATAM canceló nuestro vuelo y nos mandó aquí. Los empleados del hotel son un desastre, la de recepción cero ganas de trabajar y de ayudar. No hablaba inglés ni español. El peor hotel en el que estuve!! Habitación sucia y con paredes manchadas. La cama "matrimonial" era en realidad dos camas simples juntas con unas luces en el medio que te daban en la cabeza!!! (por favor miren la foto que adjunto) No te dan shampoo. El cubrecama sucio, cuando lo levantamos descubrimos que abajo no habían puesto sábanas!!!! Sólo había unas sabanas de cama simple puestas transversalmente que cubrian apenas el colchón. Bajé a la recepción a pedir sábanas y me las dan para que arme mi propia cama, cuando subo veo que me dan sábanas rotas, con agujeros!! Vuelvo a bajar y pido sábamas para cama matrimonial y me dicen que no tienen !!! El aire acondicionado funcionaba de manera intermitente, se apagaba. La comida del buffet de pésima calidad. Realmente el peor lugar en el que estuve en mi vida y eso que he viajado mucho. Me he quedado en lugares muy económicos y en hostels y nunca vi algo así. ¿Sábanas con agujeros? No lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo.

muy cerca del shopping Recife, este hotel terminando de expandir una torre más ofrece cuartos sencillos para lo que cobra ( más aún en época del Mundial de fútbol). El personal que atiende bastante atento aunque no saben inglés y entienden poco el español. En el baño solo encontramos un pequeño jabón, no hay secadora de pelo. El desayuno muy sencillo.

Beach hotel? Are you kidding me? The hotel has no beach, no service, and no sheets for your bed!!! Very poor service and dirty. I had to stay in this awful hotel because Latam cancelled our flight and send us here. The stuff is lazy and totally unhelpful !! The lady at the reception didn't speak english or spanish. The room 501 was the worst room I've ever been. The walls were dirty, they had no sheets!! It wasnt't properly clean... I had to ask for sheets and they gave me sheets with holes!! It was a terrible experience. Please, don't go there, it's the worst choice if you want to enjoy your holidays...

Not entirely ready for the World Cup crowd

I was there for one night during the World Cup. There were a lot of American and German fans all wanting to see the game USA v Germany. The hotel consist of an older and a newer part. The newer part seems to be an add-on of a few more floors, as well as a new lobby and breakfast area. The new section is not entirely finished yet. You wonder how they were able to get an operating permit; but this is not overregulated California. You always read about the stadiums (and airports) that were not completed on time for the World Cup. I was in thestadiums of Manaus and Recife and they certainly looked a lot more finished than this hotel. Anyway, if you need a room during the games, as the saying goes "beggars are not choosers", you'll probably just have to live with it. Everybody is so excited about the privilege of being able to attend the World Cup in person that you won't hear anybody complain. This is only right because the Brazilians are most gracious hosts and these little imperfections don't bother the true soccer aficionados.
