Bad hotel
The hotel is not good uncomfortable the staff is very bad. The breakfast it is dirty.tv in the room not working the internet not working. Please don't go to this hotel. Have a many hotel in erbil the best price and verry clean
Grim
I paid £45 a night for a twin room. Whilst this is a very reasonable price there is a very good reason that the place is so cheap. The room was dirty, stains on the curtains and carpets. It was also very small and the decor was old and tired. There were holes in the wall that had been badly filled. The remote control and hairdryer didn't work. Having said that, the linen at least was clean. If you stay at this hotel then don't have too many expectations because it really is bargain basement.
Good place to stay if on a budget!
Pleasant place to stay 5 min walk from the centre of Ilford, at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff, and really comfortable beds. The room and shower room were very clean, but decor showing a few signs of tiredness. Not so good, one of the hotels outside lights, also filled the room with light all night!
2 Star £55 a night heaven!
I stayed here recently as I was attending a wedding nearby and didn't want to spend a fortune on accomodation. For £55 a night I was thoroughly surprised at my room. Spacious, nice bed and powerful hot shower. The breakfast was great too - fry up, cereals, tea/ coffee etc. The staff I spoke with were extremely friendly and helpful. Shout out to Lidia at reception especially. Only potential negative is the limited parking out front. I was able to get a space but I think there are only 4! I cannot comment on the area of Ilford though as I took a taxi from hotel to venue and back again.
Shocking
Where do I start? Well first of all we walked into a room full of musky sweaty smell, the duvet covers smelt of sweat the lamp bulbs don't work and also the radiotor's have so much dust and dirt in them the shower don't have a lock so no one has any privacy the toilet had dirt around it like someone has just walked out. You also gave us a remote that doesnt even work. Lastly the wall looks like it has been punched by a paying customer and if it has then I can see why. The only positive that can come out of this is that our breakfast was okay however more options would've been good.
