Loudest place ever
They really don't seem to understand that there is a limit to how loud the music should be and how long it should last when people are visiting for their leave. You have a 20 m radius to cover with loud enough music, but your stupid noise can be heard an annoying 10 km away. And it lasts unt 2 AM every night. What the hell guys? Learn some manners and respect. There is a limit which, once crossed, will make your music hated instead of fun! Stop breaking everybody's holiday!
NEVER AGAIN!!!I have never seen such a s..t hole in my life..absolutely terrible..if you want ruin your holiday thats the perfect place to do it...Fodd terrible..nothing basicly to eat,not enaugh beer, everything limited ,one beer per person if they not runnig out of beer, not enaugh towels , not enaugh toilet paper...just proper crap..staff unfriendly and not helpful at all..how even if they not speak english at all...just lost words...absolutely horrible and should not be rated as a 4 star hotel with all inclusive...that is definetely not all inclusive place.
Didn’t expected to much. When arriving there was a huge chaos with our rooms we came with two families who paid extra money to get the seaview. But they hadn’t these rooms anymore they were given to others. The service man in the morning is so rid and always looks amused about our anger. The food is almost everything the same and not delicious. In the rooms you can find a TV which is probably older than my grandmother and the bathroom is awful. I think they try to clean it but just don’t succeed because of the really old rooms. The elevator is really slow. We had to wait 5-10 minutes to get to our floor. We often didn’t even wait and just took the stairs. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. The sea is full with big rocks wich is really dangerous four everyone. Also the music is too lud they play while the Animations. They stopped after 2AM. That’s not okay !!! Hope you have a nice holidays!
Do not recommend!
Probably the worst hotel ever I stayed in. The only reason I gave it two stars it's because of it's proximity to the sea and few cool bartenders. Unfriendly staff, especially front desk and manager who constantly looks angry, old rooms and dirty bathrooms(see photos) despite their claim of being recently renovated, constant smell of sewer in the bathroom and outside by the bar area. Rooms are never really cleaned, they are just touched up by the staff... Poorly organized when it came to servicing food and drinks. Food that was not consumed at breakfast was served during dinner and appeared again during supper. Constant lines during supper and limited portions of food and alcohol drinks despite being it all inclusive deal. Drinks under poured and it even got to the point where the bartender would pour from an empty bottle, covering it in such way so that the guest would not see. Wine On Tap?? Really??
This is an all-inclusive resort, but is really more of an all-inclusive gulag. All-inclusive means you have the choice of all you can drink beer (one to choose from), wine on-tap (really, like beer, on tap) or Turkish cola. Because the wine and beer tasted like bodily waste, I always opted for the Turk-a-Cola. As for the food, think airline food. In Coach. On a day when the usual food supplier has run out and the airline needed to pick up what they needed from a guy named Gregor on the side of the road. I must say the view of the ocean from the room was great. But no matter how intensely I stared at it, I couldn't be distracted from the fact that there was No (NONE) hot water in the shower; the room was never cleaned until I cornered the maid and escorted her to the room for a cleaning; in spite of 5 requests for towels, they never came; there was no difference between the amount of sand on the beach and the amount on the floor of our room (actually, I'm convinced that there was more sand in our room, since the beach was mostly razor-sharp rocks); the TV only showed 3 channels, all in Russian (nope, none in Russian) and the bell and front desk staff was like dealing with Manuel and Basil from Fawlty Towers: every time I visited the lobby, the front desk staff was engaged in a heated argument with a guest. Also, there was a disco just below our room that went on until midnight and another that went until 2 AM, with the music BLARING until those times. Then, we were awakened by the morning "animation" shows at 10 AM, BLARING more music. Unfortunately, my prayers for a sniper rifle were never realized. After a few nights, we moved to a different resort. Other than all of the above, it was great!
