It's OK for a night or two

Main reason to stay here is that it is right down the road from the airport. I found my room reasonably clean, no maintenance issue, though I had to call the front desk to have them explain how to turn on the AC (a hidden switch on the unit, which in turn activates the wall thermostat). It is a bit hard to find - set back from the street, and if you miss the turn, you have to go around the block. There are some food options in the immediate area. Microwave and fridge in the room. They serve real breakfast - well microwaved eggs and sausage patties - in the lobby starting pretty early. I was somewhat disturbed in that there is a corner of the parking lot, labelled "smoking area", that was pretty continuously occupied by men, who did not appear to be hotel guests (did not see any of them coming in/out of the lobby). I wondered who these people were, and if my car was safe in the lot. In the end, nothing happened, so was OK but I still wonder what was up with that. Inside, it was fairly quiet, some noisy guests in the hallways, but the noise of the AC fan masked that and I slept well.

This hotel suffers from a plethora of maintenance issues and is rather dingy and dirty. Upon check in the room AC was stuck at 69 and would not allow adjustment. I switched rooms and the new room had a connecting door that would not lock. I called customer service to fix the situation and did not get into a new room until 1 am. I am now in my third room and it "appears" that everything is working. Carpets throughout the hotel are spotted and dirty and frayed on edges. Sheets are wrinkled in every room. The manager seems more intent on booking all available rooms rather than fixing rooms that have maintenance issues. The problem with this strategy is that customers like me will file complaints. Better to fix the room issues before renting.
Nice hotel free airport shuttle

We enjoyed our stay. Front desk allowed us an early check in after we arrived via their free airport shuttle. They have laundry facilities and you can buy detergent from front desk. Nice, large clean and modern rooms. Denny’s next door. Our ONLY complaint: We opted for only a banana and yogurt for breakfast because the young.man that they had serving a hot breakfast to guests did not wear a mask. I mentioned my concern to the front desk gentleman and he seemed to not really care.

Its a Ok location if you are taking a early flight. other wise NOT shady people always hanging around the location. Front desk looked real messy... if that's a sign not good housekeeping what are the rooms going to look like. Not a 4 star location... more of a 2 or 3 on trip advisor. would stay again If I had to.
Disgusting. My prescription: Don't stay here if you value your health.

Disgusting rooms. They admitted the room was not cleaned after the last guest, then switched us to another room. However, that didn't inspire any confidence in their hygiene. As a physician, I consider this to be criminally negligent behavior during the current pandemic. They didn't want to refund me for this excuse of "service." You could not pay me enough money to stay here again. I would have gone to another hotel if it hasn't been for certain health issues of the person I was with, preventing further travel. The department of health will be investigating this.
