I picked this hotel because it seemed nice enough with a good gym, a decent selection of casino games, and it was in the middle of everything. Then I actually get here and the lot is under construction (often blocking entry or exit), I'm given a room on the top floor at the very last room in the hall, and it's REALLY run down with dingy carpet and chipped old furniture. To top it off the first night I go to the gym at 9:00 only to find out they close it early. I already booked for three days so I sleep on the hard bed and make sure the next night I am there earlier and get a decent workout. Then the last day I make the trek from last room on the top floor across the casino and up the other tower's elevator only to have my key not work. So I go to the lobby to tell them and they say all they can do is give me a new room key (even though my room key works fine). I finally agree to get another key even though it's doubtful it could help and the guy tells me I'll have to go back up to the top floor to my room at the end of the hall and get my ID in order to get a new key (that probably won't work). So I show him my phone with my reservation texted to me (along with the number, the date, and my name and he tells me it's not enough. So I tell him to just send someone upstairs to open the door and he just keeps repeating all he can do is make me a new key if I'll make the 10 minute trip to my room and back. I'm done.....crappy room, hard bed, nonsensical rules....go somewhere better
Shady, dilapidated, rude.. the WORST hotel in downtown

This place is obviously struggling to stay in business and you can tell. The place has dirty bathrooms, dim lighting, and is seriously in need of renovation. There is ongoing construction. The amenities resembled something you expect to see in a 3rd wrld country. They could not give proper directions to the room. The place reeks of undeermaintenance and business loss. The security was extremely rude. I wouldn't stay here if it was free, even city smog smells better than being in this decaying place
We won’t stay here again

We asked for a non smoking room and there was cigarette burns on the floor and tables. This place is awful. The customer service is terrible. The front desk was rude at check in. When we asked how to get to our room she pointed to the wrong elevator. We went on a wild goose chase trying to find our room with heavy bags in hand. We realized we were sent to the wrong elevator because we could not get to our room from where we were at. We came back down to the ground floor and found someone who showed us the right elevator which was no where near the elevator the front desk lady pointed to. Pretty sure it wasn't an accident because of the poor attitude she had when we were checking in. The beds and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. I asked for a softer flatter pillow. They brought up the same type of pillow already in the room. I woke up with a stiff neck and had to switch to use a sweatshirt for pillow. I do not recommend this place. I will not stay here again.
Satisfying Hotel Stay

I have no complaints with my weekend stay. Customer service was excellent and made me fee welcomed. My room was clean and comfortable. The table games in the casino were professionally managed with affordable minimum bets. The restaurants offered quality food at affordable prices.
Fire exit padlocked when there was a fire alarm!

The rooms in the new tower are beautiful and we were so surprised by upgrades. BUT while here the fire alarm went off at 11pm. This isn’t a problem except when we left down the stairs from the 14th floor and made it to the street exit, the door was PADLOCKED and there was a ladder in front of it…. Meaning we could not exit. THANK GOD, it was a false alarm and no real fire. To make it worse when we alerted the front desk to this they were rude and condescending, no concern for the severity of this issue. It was a horrible experience! Wish I had taken a picture but we were too busy helping an elderly couple BACK up the stairs to find an exit.
