I'd stay again.
Went here with my girlfriend for 3 nights and it was nice. The front desk was super polite and helpful. The rooms were nice and had everything we needed. We had our car so we didn't need to use shuttle, but they always offered. Downside would be no free WiFi, but the WiFi that you pay for is actually pretty fast and worth it. Also, the view out the windows isn't the greatest, but I don't choose hotel rooms for the view so it didn't bother me.
Excellent except check in
The guys that checked us in & out were RUDE, especially the guy that checked us in! He kept cutting me off when asking questions, check in was very unpleasant but the rest of the staff was great, especially Shawn! We would give him 10 stars! They offer a shuttle for groceries, casino & more! The condos were wonderful
Nice place
Great place to stay if you do not want the noise of a casino. Short walk or shuttle to downtown casinos without the hassle. Nice, spacious rooms, and friendly/helpful staff including Samona and Shawn.
2 night stay. Friday and Saturday
I’ve been a Worldmark owner for 20 years Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. We were given a special needs room for some reason and everything in the room was lower for wheel chair accessibility. The room was nice with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Coffees Maker, etc. bring sugar and cream for the coffee. The hide-away bed is not very comfortable but if kids are sleeping there it’s not so bad. Full gym, pool, hot tubs, BBQ grills. Only blocks from many casinos (walking distance). Lots of parking above and below ground. Although it’s blocks from Virginia street, it’s not the best area They have shuttles as well.
SOME FRIENDLY STAFF
As a Worldmark member I rarely review like this. However the Reno WM staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The friendliness went from housekeeping to check in desk. No requirement to go to another desk for a parking pass and get hassled over owner update meetings; pushing another sales presentation on you after a long drive. Just check in and relax. We did. Our guests did as well. The room was clean the property as well. Just good ol' folk.
