We stayed a night at this hotel and will not be coming back. The hotel looks nothing like the website photos. The elevator does not reach the 3rd floor - nor does the wifi signal. The rooms (we had two) are not cleaned properly, the mattresses are hard, the pillows just odd and there are clumsy patches all over the walls and ceilings. This is all maintenance that needs to be done. Training the staff is even more urgent. There was hair on the sheets and the bathroom drains, long delays at breakfast to clear tables (that were not cleaned after removing dishes) and replenish the food items. Not once were we greeted with as much as a smile. All in all it was an unpleasang experience. For the same price there are far better chains in the city.

Reception staff was friendly, the room was confortable and clean. The decor inside the hotel is very 80s and needs updating. Breakfast was good. It is a good hotel for quick stays. Avoid rooms facing the avenue, they are noisy.

Hotel lobby is nice and tide, the staff is very helpful, breakfast is pretty good. The rooms are ok, I felt a lack of good project decisions, linens are good quality and clean, the bathroom tap was leaking a lot, the shower drain can't drain the water because the inclination wasn't well designed. All though it's a fair prices hotel, what you pay is what you get.

Room requires a complete renovation, including the old and noisy mattress. The receptionists from front desk could be more friendly. Avoid the rooms facing the avenue as they are too noisy. In my point of view, the only positive experience was the breakfast.

Quarto completamente diferente com o do anúncio, Antigo e mau cuidado, O banheiro é apertado, pintado e com bastante bolor, A água do chuveiro sem muita força e pouco aquecida, Café da manhã bom e muito bem preparado, Funcionários educados e prestativos.
