Dissapointing
Hospedes tem que carregar suas malas no checkin e check out. Quartos arrumados somente uma vez a cada 3 dias. Ar condicionado desligado nos corredores. Academia quase sem equipamento nenhum. Cafe espresso nao incluido no cafe da manha. Decepcionante. Guests have to offload and carry their own luggage on arrival all the way to their rooms; rooms only cleaned and made up once every 3 days. A /Cs in corridors were off. Breakfast good but espresso charged extra. Gym w almost no equipment. Very dissapointing particularly at this price point.

Everything works very well! I've stayed for the first time, and I'll go back. I'm completely surely that cost-benefit ratio is excellent! The bed and room were quite clean. The breakfast was delicious, with quality and variety.
Nice hotel
Booked on the recommendation of colleagues. Very clean. Great breakfast. Not a lot of English with the staff, but I got by. Staff is friendly. Parking is R$19 per 24 hrs with a separate valet company stationed at the hotel. Would be good if the TV remotes had options on selected channels for English audio options. I have had that at another hotel in Ribeiro Preto. Beds were too firm for me.
All around bad
The staff has so few people that can speak any language other than Portuguese. The language barrier makes it very difficult to do business. I order room service every night and the phone would get passed around until the only person that knew a little English could understand. Not very international for business. Laundry service lost my dress shirt, when i asked about it no one could find it. It still has not been found.
Breand new and state of the art
This hotel has just opened and it is really great infrastructure. I will say it is probably the best in town in a very good neighborhood. Everything is new and it is working to impress with great success. They also offer an outstanding breakfast. Do not miss it
