Clean hotel, friendly staff and nice food. Nothing exceptional but all you need is there. I certainly recommend the staff and the people. Disappointed by the premium room, which could have had more features and definitely not a split double bed.

The location is excellent: next to everything! The staff is fantastic: cooperative, polite and knowledgeable. We got a free upgrade to junior suite (without asking for it) and the room was spacious and clean with a big bathroom. Sleeping quality was great: comfortable bed and excellent duvet and no noice could not be heard from the streets. Although the breakfast breakfast concept was changed due to Covid-19, it was a really good one as à la carte. Easy to recommend this hotel and its lovely staff 😊 Thanks!
Excellent hotel
I love this hotel - it is one of my favorite hotel in Europe.. I am always happy if I have to go to Riga for a business meeting! The staff was VERY friendly, I was surprised as always, about how they can create a perfect happy mood from the morning! it's only a friendly communication, but it did a lot! The atmosphere was calm and very positive.. Always happy to come back to this hotel!
Nice hotel
I have stayed at the Hotel for a day, everything is so clean, secured, breakfast was so amazing. The bed was unbelievable comfortable. The staff is really friendly. Thank you so much for everything!!!
