Vacaciones 2021
It was a very relaxing trip. It’s a really good place to spend time with family and friends. The beach is amazing, very calm for children. Also, there is a lot of activities on the beach and on the hotel. The food is amazing, as well as the drinks. Service is wonderful. I would 100% recommend. I would like to congratulate the team of animation especially Andres Sepúlveda.
Family vacation
Great service, food and drinks. Rooms always clean very clean. The guys from the animation club very nice and enthusiastic. Will be back soon. Want to thank specially Daniel and his coworkers for making these vacations a good time.

They need the be more aware of the Covid protocols. Lines for food and drinks need to be more organized and required distance needs to be respected by the guests. They need better food some foods have por taste and some Taste old and and reheated, although the employees such as Luis Esparza is such a great employee.. and mai Fernando aka el pollo has great sense of humor .
Wow
Perfect little place. First « all included » resort we visited that was open to locals and I really appreciated. Food is good and there are tables close to the beach, which is nice. Private beach is awesome if you need a calmer place to be during the day. Walk to the beach is short. Everything is clean and pretty. The staff was great. Our first room was a little noisy because it was by the pool, so we asked if a calmer place was available and we were upgrated to a little cute cabin. It’s easy to go to Sayulita and Puerto Vallarta by bus, but make sure you look at the schedule to come back because some days the bus stops early. I recommand, I would go back:)

Had a long planned family trip, i really wish they could Have the shows again. Please bring the entertainment back to the hotel for more fun besides just the beach!! Overall the experience was fun, but could be better!!!
