HYATT PLACE MACAE
Clean Rooms with Internet streaming options for the TV. Friendly staff. Best hotel among the 4 other hotels that I have stayed in Macae. Breakfast options for Eggs and fruits to be improved though there are restrictions due to the pandemic. i.e more variety in eggs & not just scrambled eggs. Boiled & Fried Eggs and Omlette should be available. Fruit portions should be larger. Vegetarian options to be increased.
Hyatt Palace Macae
Nice hotel decent location. A balcony would have been nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Only issue room service delivery was between and hour to 2 hours from order and food was cold on arrival 8 out of 10 times.
LOVELY PLACE TO ENJOY VACATION OR BUSINESS VISIT
Entire staff is very courteous, ambience is good, rooms are spacious and clean. house keeping is good and overall a lovely place to stay. there is much scope of improvement in food variety and quality.
One week stay at Hyatt Macae
Overall it is always a pleasure to stay at the Hyatt Place Macae. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. One item I do not like is the pool area is only opened from 10am to 3 pm. I understand about the pool but not to be able to sit outside on the 6th floor overlooking the ocean on a beautiful day is not good.

Great location and service the rooms are big and clean the buffet in the evening is very good and tasty the hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and professional it is always a pleasure to stay there
