Nice hotel but somethings missing
Visited with my family and is very friendly but a little far so I wouldn’t choose it again because: -Breakfast is not included 👎🏻 -Got kicked out of the pool and terrace (the only attraction we had with the kids) because they had a company event. This disrespectful and absurd. I paid for staying here.

Great staff. Desk attendant spoke excellent English and was very helpful. We enjoyed the workout room and the swimming pool. We found the facility very clean. Also, we found the breakfast was great with a good variety of foods,
Last time ....disappointing. Noisy, clam rooms & clueless,inflexible unhelpful staff. You guys flunked the class !
Although being a Platinum Accor Member this Hotel didn’t live up to my expectations. Asking for upgrades...not available. Executive room with toxic mold smell, noisy ac that sounded like a WW II airplane engine, small room, terrible mattress. Okay, we got it cheap but remember that saying, you pay what you get. Not much. Dirty trays on the hallways, and the best : they had to sand and varnish the floors the moment we were moving in. The whole floor smelled of toxic wood varnish. What a terrible place to bear the name of Novotel. Dark and uninviting grounds. This was the very last time in this hotel for me. As all of the rest of this once beautiful city ...going to the dogs. The whole area was built for the Olympics in 2016 and after that nobody apparently cared anymore about anything. Although I am writing this in a rather sarcastic tongue, this hotel is not apt to western standards. Stay away. Something positive was the fast wifi. Regarding breakfast : tell your staff not staring permanently at foreign guests, makes a weird and uncomfortable impression of you,not that you would even care...I know Once more, keep clear of this one, I changed immediately back to the Hilton just across the street, only 40 us more ...but worlds in between.

This hotel is located in a new area, made for the Olympic games. It is not near the beach, and it will indeed be possible to use taxi services. Very comfortable, rooms are not too small, bathroom and shower work well. The service is good and the people very attentive.
Weekend Break Richard Collard
We just had the pleasure of spending a weekend at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the service for such a reasonable price, they are dog friendly and well located for the Metropolitano Mall which is very useful if you have kids, rooms are adequate for two adults and two kids and the breakfast offers a good selection including English style eggs and bacon! Judging by the number of families we met this place is a regular getaway and We would certainly return.
