Nice located front beach hotel at Barra da Tijuca but hotel installations are poor considering the price. There is a relevant issue with water warming system (this could eventually not be an issue during hot days). The breakfast is good, well done by a friendly professional. Not indicated for comfort expectations. Remark: the current name of this hotel is “Rio Inn Art”.
We were impressed by Staff & Service
The property itself is not bad, good location and far from Rio usual crowd and stress, Nice beach and everything is near by (walking distance). The service was amazing, all the staff were nice and professional but Marcus and His brother, I still couldn't describe there role or position in that hotel as they were everywhere trying to help and assist, even proactive and providing suggestions and advises. they exceeded our expectations....
If you book in this hotel, they may charge on your card several times
I booked via booking.com. According to booking conditions they were supposed to charge two days prior to my visit and it was free cancellation. They charged me twice and on cancellation did not return the whole amount till I complained
Well-located, well-priced
Well-located, well-priced. If you'd rather stay in Barra da Tijuca than Rio itself, this is a great find. Large, comfortable rooms. And five minutes by foot to the Bráz Pizzeria, one of the best in Rio.
Nice spot - beach view
Stayed at this apart hotel on a recent business trip to Rio - needed to stay in Barra and wanted a cheaper hotel. This was a good option - not fancy, but comfortable and well located. Saw one of the most beautiful sunsets in my life, with kitesurfers on the horizon.
