Fui de visita con unos familiares a Río Grande pero no hay tantas opciones de buenos hoteles, tendría que irme hasta macallen y manejar 40 minutos mas. Las habitaciones son grandes y bonitas, hotel mas que normal y tranquilo, tiene buena cama y free wifi. En resumen es buena opción.

We had a room that had a wet floor the bed was damp The key cards didn’t work the whole time we were there I was charged 731.00 for 2 nights No manager on duty to help Manager seemed upset to when we called

The hotel was very clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and issued our room as soon as we got there. Rooms were clean and had a very good breakfast. Beds were comfy. We felt very safe. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely be back.

Horrible experience with this hotel!! Called months in advance back in February 2020, visited the property to be able to acquire around 20 room block for my wedding that was taking place Nov 20. 2020. Asked to speak to the general manager I never received a call back even when I left my business card. Booked my rooms on my own months in advance told the rest of my family to do the same, reserving about 20 rooms at full price. Today my whole family and friends got calls from the general manger Eloisa that they canceled all my rooms. Without giving any apology or sense of direction in what to do next or where to go. We are 1 month and 20 days before my wedding with no rooms reserved and no help from this hotel! Very unprofessional! To all future wedding groups do not book this hotel! They do not care about you or your group!

The rooms are absolutely a joy to stay in. They take the time and effort to keep your room clean and stay welcoming. The front desk staff is helpful and nice. So why did I give it a 1 star review. During the check in process I asked the lady on the phone the price for a certain stay. She gave me a price and I asked her if this price was for the whole stay or a night. She assured me that this was for a whole stay and even went to break down the price per a night for me. After I agreed to this we booked the room. Everything was truly nice and enjoyable during my stay but when the bill came in the room price was much more than what was expected. When talked to the from lady I was given her personal phone to talk to the manager , who was the one that booked me, and was given an very rude attitude. As I questioned her on what she said she started to get very rushy and very rude. I asked if there was a way to get some kind of reimbursement because if I knew that it was going to be this much then I wouldn't have come here but to her compensation down the street since they were half the price a night that this place was. She was quite and said no and that she never "Rents her rooms for less than $120 a night." I even told her that if she was able to work with me this one time I would come during the follow month and stay at her hotel for the full price now that I understand the "proper" prices for her rooms. Clearly she only cares about making money and not keeping happy customers. I would strongly suggest that you refuse to go here and go to the competition down the road.
