Pool was dirty
The rooms were standard and in decent condition. The pool and hot tub area, however, were very dirty. Disappointing when traveling with children who wanted to swim, and also considering that this wasn’t on the cheaper side for a hotel room in River falls.
Beautiful King Suite!
The king whirlpool suite was very clean and perfect for our stay. Everything looked amazing and obvious that the housekeepers to a good job. Everything appeared to have been updated within the past year or two. The rest of the hotel was also nice and clean. We will be coming back for our next stay in River Falls.
What a wonderful place.
Amazing staff, very clean, very nice pool and spa, rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel. You get a lot for your buck. And it's a very good before. Very convenient to other places in River Falls. I will go back. Seriously though, the staff is above and beyond good.
Clean, relaxed, friendly.
After two weeks on the road and visiting different hotels I was so impressed with country Inn! The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room and the public areas all very clean. There were lovely little personal touches like non-toxic cleansing wipes and non-toxic hand sanitizer in the public areas. The Wi-Fi was very fast and consistent. Coffee was delicious with mini Keurig makers in the rooms. My daughter loved the pool and hot tub. The calming, relaxed feel of the hotel was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Great Value
We found the Inn to be everything that was advertised. The establishment was clean, everything in the room worked, the beds were comfortable and they have really squishy pillows - which I liked! We had the King Whirlpool room and there were at least 6 pilllows on the bed. Even with COVID-19, they still offered a small free continental breakfast, with all pre-packaged items. They have Keurig coffee makers in the rooms, and housekeeping always left extra coffee pods as I requested. I really liked that they had "no contact" in place for housekeeping. You simply filled out a checklist of what you needed in your room each morning and left it outside the door of the room. Housekeeping placed all your items in a bag outside your room. Will definitely stay again if in the area.
