Muy buen hotel, limpio cómodo nos quedamos una noche fuimos de visita con la familia, lo único malo es la recepcionista del turno de la mañana muy sangrona y no ayudo cuando le pedimos ayuda en la conexión wi-fi gente de limpieza muy amable desayuno lo Típico de cualquier hotel americano wafles huevo cereal café fruta.

I’m not sure sheets were clean, coffe maker in the bathroom which is not very sanitary, I would have like a refrigerator and microwave in the room instead it was in the lobby off to the side in a broom closet.

We stayed on the first floor. Pet friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The ac worked but a few of the plastic cover parts were broken. Only drawback... the room was tilting. in the bedroom it was a clear drop under the wood flooring. The staff as I mentioned were very nice and helpful. Nice breakfast Buffett.. starts early. Only issue, second night, party started (must have gotten home from the club) at 2. techno music loud then quiet all night. A friend on the 3rd floor said it was faint. It must have been right above us. . A bit surprised the hotel did not shut it down... completely. Aside from that... great parking, very safe and close to the training I was doing and downtown Riverside and the mission Inn. Would stay here again... I didn't go in, but another guest (same conference) said the pool was also nice.

The location was convenient to where I needed to go. There were plenty of restaurant options close by. The desk staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate for a complimentary breakfast. WIFI was adequate. This was my second time staying at this hotel. My overall experience was great. I will certainly stay there again.

Tried this because I’m a Hilton preferred customer and felt it was going to be a good location. But in fact it was an excellent location from the minute I arrived. I so appreciate such a well trained and helpful staff. Will definitely be staying in the near future.
