Round Two - Can't Get Enough!
Last August 2020, was the first time we tried out our Hotel Xcaret Membership. We had an exceptional 10-day experience. As a result, we just returned for Round 2, and this time for 14 glorious days, January 2021. Returning after four months from the first visit and staying longer, is by itself, the testimony of how exceptional Hotel Xcaret is. During this January 2021 visit, we actually upgraded our Membership so we look forward to experiencing the upcoming opening of their new addition, Hotel Xcaret - Arte. Thanks for Mario Saucedo and Andres Gonzales for doing an exceptional job with our Upgrade. Very professional and genuinely working their best to get us the program that worked for us. As always, our interaction with the Staff Members at Xcaret continue to be the highlight of our stay. Customer Service is top notch. Returning after four months, I was in total amazement when Staff Members actually remembered me and proved it by stating exactly how long ago I was there. After a few days, some of them remembered and greeted me by my name. They were always so sweet, courteous, patient, and willing to serve. "Serving" is their joy. You could not want for anything. "Ask and you shall receive!" There are so many beautiful photos of Xcaret that everyone can access, but all too many times, "the staff," who represent the Mexican Culture could easily be over-looked. Enjoy your interaction with them. They, themselves, are a sight to see and experience. See my photos for special mentions. Maybe you'll meet them, too. The entire Xcaret production exceeds American Standards. This is an experience EVERYONE must have in their lifetime. Can't wait for Round 3 during Summer 2021. Excited about our Membership - signed up for 40 years!!! Yes... it will be handed down to our Beneficiaries. :-) And as for COVID protocols, they were absolutely diligent in ensuring we were always complying with face masks and hand sanitizers. They would even chase me down to remind me if I forgot to put my mask on inadvertently. They literally have staff members walking around with signs that remind us to keep our face masks on. We were always provided with hand sanitizers. So if anyone is paranoid of COVID contamination, don't! Simply execute your dutiful contribution to society and you will be just fine. There were many families with children of all ages. Obviously, if you plan to be vacationing, COVID-PARANOIA is not on your list. Life is too short, as they say. Live it well!!!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and responsive to any needs we may have had. The parks and tours were a blast and educational. It was very relaxing and the staff was as friendly as could be. Definitely want to return in the future.
Our Xcaret Stay in January 2021
From the moment I arrived I felt so special. They hand you an ice cream, along with a face mask, and welcome you home. The lobby smells absolutely amazing by the way, I will never forget the smell of Xcaret. Special shout out to Nidia for making our stay so special! The small gifts that were left in the room, the birthday balloons, and Champaign!!! It really made my boyfriend feel so special - and it just made our trip something we will never forget. I truly appreciate you Nidia!! You went above and beyond! The level of service that Xcaret provides is nothing that I have experienced before. I don’t believe tips are required here, but we spent well over $400 USD just on tips alone because the service is too good not to. Everyone from the restaurants, to the bartenders at the pool, to the shuttle drivers, to the front desk. Xcaret is a place you do not want to miss out on. We will definitely be coming back again to visit Xcaret Arte. Thank you again so much for the accommodations, and making this a trip of a lifetime. ❤️ The only negative I experienced at hotel Xcaret is that when we were going to purchase photos after we checked out of the hotel room 90% of the photos I took with my bracelet were missing. We wanted to buy all the photos - but for some reason my bracelet lost all photos by end of trip.
Great parks, awesome service
We were lucky enough to escape UK covid restrictions for a trip to Mexico and couldn't have had a better time. The hotel was gorgeous, the food excellent and Sofia on the front desk couldn't have been more helpful at check-in (and subsequently with activity recommendations). Go to Mexico as soon as you can and stay here!
Great vacation!
My wife and I stayed at Xcaret for 10 days for our son's wedding. Everthing was fantastic! Rolando and Adrianna our butlers were great. Roberth at the Fuego path bar was a terrific surprise. Sigefredo and Anderson at Xoximilco, Elias and Miguel at Cenotes were all amazing! We WILL be back again and again!
