25/26 Anniversary Trip during COVID vaccine
From our arrival at Hard Rock Puerto Vallarta we felt safe and welcome. Food was good. Service was excellent. No matter where you were you had a magnificent view of ocean and resort. Highly recommend.
Great team of staff
The reason we chose to stay at the Hard Rock PV is because they offer convenient on site COVID testing for our return to the US. The rooms were spacious and fairly updated. The food was great, they had lots of items clearly labeled for those with dietary restrictions. What made the trip the most special was the staff. Juan took care of us three days in a row, he was extremely personable, thoughtful and efficient, I was sad to leave because of him!
Love This Resort
I love this resort.The Service is incredible. Everyone here is super friendly. The food is Great. The grounds are Gorgeous We would like to give a shout out to two amazing staff members Veronika Ruiz (Concierge) and Samuel Pena Perez in the sun bar. These two people went above and beyond to make are stay extra special. Thank You so much!! You both are shining stars ⭐️ We will be back!!
Fun Time!
We had a blast on our vacation at this resort! Uri, along with all of the other staff too such good care of us it was awesome. We had the best time at the pool with the activities crew; morning water aerobics with Yukiko and afternoon water volleyball with Mawy were so much fun!! Thank you all for a wonderful time.

Some cons to our stay here but overall a really pleasant experience. All the staff are so polite abs work really hard to accommodate your requests. The hotel was clean and they had a lot of staff to attend to our needs. They certainly aren’t running with fewer staff because of covid which was a relief. Everything was as expected; polite staff, clean rooms, stunning views, nice heated pools and the area was safe to explore. I would like to thank our pool side waiter Juan (worked in the area next to Frida). He was attentive, polite and did a fantastic job our whole week. A couple of areas that could be improved; the food got very samey very quickly. Some things were made really well. Others not so much. Food was just ok. Poolside drinks didn’t seem to have alcohol in them. Dry noises at night time. The rooms back onto the entertainment which went on well past 11pm. This disturbed my children’s sleep most nights. The entertainment started too late. There isn’t much for young kids to do and a 9pm start meant we didn’t experience any entertainment. All in all great stay. Beautiful location and staff eager to please.
