Superb B&B/apartment located just off the main pedestrian precinct in central Roanne. Breakfast is served on the patio - a great start to the day. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The highlight of the stay was a tour of the studio next door. Highly recommended.

A Wonderful Oasis in the Center of Roanne

A charming location with two rooms in the center of town, very near the market. One of the nicest B&B's I have ever stayed in. Breakfast can be had outside by the garden in the morning. The visit to the studio was an added plus - don't miss it.

We stayed here for one night in late July. The accommodation is very spacious, with a separate bedroom and bathroom. It is essentially a small apartment. It is beautifully furnished. Lots of nice extras like tea and coffee that you can make for yourself. To top it off the owner, Gilbert, is a UNESCO recognized sculptor of wood and stone. His wife is a milliner and her hats are beautiful. This was by far one of the nicest places we have stayed.

Je recommande fortement cet établissement, accueil chaleureux. Les hôtes prennent soin de leurs clients, j'ai adoré les petits-déjeuner avec de très bon produits. Ils sont de très bons conseils pour les restaurants, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La visite de leurs ateliers est également à faire. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir nous héberger chez vous. Merci à vous !!!

Les avis élogieux concernant cette chambre d'hôte m'ont conduit à la réserver pour deux jours. Décoration, literie et petit déjeuner sont très satisfaisants. Néanmoins, petit bémol au niveau de la vue et sur le plan sonore. En effet, pas de fenêtre offrant une vue car ouverture opaque. De plus, la ventilation ou la climatisation située à l'extérieur de la chambre redémarre régulièrement dans la nuit en montant d'intensité avant de s'arrêter....puis de repartir. Aussi, compte tenu de ce fort désagrément, j'ai dû abréger mon séjour dans cette location....Dommage, je comptais sur cet endroit pour bien récupérer!!!
