Muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación, buena atención. La vista es excelente porque está sobre una colina y domina la vista a la ciudad. Muy limpio, ordenado y accesible. Estacionamiento cómodo, muy buen desayuno.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well laid out so there was a lot of room. Breakfast, which we added with the room, was great. They actually made omelettes for us, toast, orange juice, very good coffee. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here to visit family in VA during Thanksgiving. Our room was fine and we didn't have any issues with parking, however I should have checked a few things with the hotel prior to staying. The pool was closed for 'maintenance'. I also find it annoying that every hotel is starting to nickel and dime customers with paid breakfasts. Just charge me a little more for included breakfast! I would have gladly paid a bit more for my room if that was the case. Sadly the breakfast was subpar and not a knock on the employees there, it just wasn't quality ingredients. Also, there was no breakfast set up on the morning we were checking out, and no one at the front desk for the 5 minutes I waited so I just dropped my key card off and left, and ordered from Starbucks to go on the way out. I get that COVID has caused staffing issues and maybe 630a is a bit early to check out but there should still be someone there to greet you. I would have rated higher if the pool was open, and if breakfast was included. I may be nitpicking but I'd rather inform others before they run into such things.

First time at Hilton Garden Inn, Roanoke. We certainly will return. Location, service and breakfast were outstanding. The Mountain view rooms on the front side are exceptional. Cleanliness of room and hotel is appreciated.

Great pet friendly hotel in safe area. I was not afraid to walk dog. Hotel is finishing up refurbishment in the entry way. Great decor. Friendly and professional staff. Room was comfortable and very clean. So nice to have restaurant on site after long drive. Food was delicious. Breakfast was excellent.
